I am at this moment dining at Chili's in Kingsport, Tennessee, and my experience has been great. The ambiance is vibrant, and people around me seem to be genuinely enjoying themselves. The highlight of my visit has been the exceptional service provided by McKenzie, my server, who also work behind the bar. She is not only pleasant but also hard-working, ensuring that every detail of my dining experience-and that of others -is attended to.

The food at Chili's lives up to expectations, with a tasty selection that satisfied my taste. The flavors of my food are on point, making the dining experience quite enjoyable. McKenzie’s attentiveness and positive attitude added to my overall satisfaction of the visit.

I rarely get here to eat. I sat down and was asked if I wanted chips & salsa, and of course I said yes. Little did I know that I had a $6.99 charge on my bill. I had no clue they weren't free. It would be nice to have known that. Other than this, it was a good visit with friends and a relaxed atmosphere.

The food was very good and the service was as well. I had the triple dipper with big mouth bites, mozzarella sticks, and southwest egg roles. It was great. The chips and salsa were also good.

My waitress was amazing! I haven't had or seen a waitress as good as she was. I tried something different to eat and drink, they both were delicious. I will be back and I hope I get her again.

Great place to eat for all the family. Appetizer , nachos,Chilli cheese dip,and salsa. Rib eye steak , loaded mash potatoes , and broccoli, drinks and dessert. Steak was tender with excellent taste melt in your mouth good. The service was excellent and highly recommend for a great time out dining.

I frequently dine at this Chili's location. My latest visit was on March 7th, check: 3020065, time: 02:52 PM. I am terrible with names, but my server is also one of the bartenders, and she is fantastic! She is always courteous, thorough, and knows exactly what a consumer needs or wants. Every aspect of my order, from drink to main dish, was precisely timed and accurate. The entire Chili's staff deserves appreciation, but she deserves special recognition for her exceptional work.

I was an original employee who helped open this location. So, I may be a little biased, but then again, I am a little critical with how it's maintained. So far, over the years, it's been consistent. Even with the shifting of managers and employees, we always have good food and good service. We don't go a whole lot because we like to keep it as a treat, and when we do go, it's a treat.

Our Server was the best server I’ve ever had. The place makes amazing food and it was super fast! I love this Chilis

The burger combo was great. The entire wait staff did an excellent job!

Came in for lunch at 1:30, ordered 2 burgers and fries and appetizer, and 1 burger to go, my son ordered Tortilla soup also, food was great, the waitress we have had several times, don't remember her name is great, she was kidding him about who cuts his hair, took my husband the to go order, he said it reminded him of the burger that Broadwater Drug used to serve in Gate City and they had awesome burgers, will be back again and hope we have her again, we had the racing shirts on if she See's this

This was a different experience for us.
We waited on a table around 10 minutes(pretty normal) then we were seated and our drink order taken. Our drinks came about five minutes later. (That’s fine by us) waitress took our order and we ordered an appetizer. Some people came in seated next to us. It took around 30 mins to get a salad 🥗 where were our appetizers? The salad was part of our meal 🥘? Around 40 minutes our appetizer was finally delivered. And it took around 60 minutes for us to get our meal. The manager delivered our meal and apologized( said he gave us a discount)and most of everyone had ate and left that were there same time as us and after us. We tried to be understanding and not rude. But we think they forgot us. He took 4 dollars off our bill …which to us wasn’t enough.
Well because also even after all that, we asked for a to go box that took another 10 minutes to get then it took almost a full 20 minutes to get our ticket to pay for our food. We also had to ask for our dessert to go because the waitress had forgot it. All in all we were there around an hour and 45 to eat. What was aggravating was watching everyone eat and leave around us long before we were taken care of. Overall it was a bad experience to wait so long and feel forgotten watching everyone served eating and leaving way before us.

Everytime i have ate here it has been amazing food! The fajita is off the charts! The waitress was super nice and did a great job serving us! They have the best chips in town.(imo) Highly suggest going here!

I recommend the "Old Timer". Double if that's your thing. I'll also use any excuse to get chips and queso and cheesecake so that's a plus. The waitress was great, especially considering that I came in the middle of lunch. Fantastic.

By far me and my wife's favorite place to eat, food is correct, staff is friendly, burgers are awesome.

I always like eating at chili's they have a good selection on the menu to choose from.

Home for a visit. Just came off two week keto calibration but staying on track until next check in. Was able to get a sirloin, added shrimp, sides of broccoli and asparagus. Good service.

I have never been to a Chili's until recently and let me tell you the atmosphere was amazing , the food was tasty as it gets and the staff was by the best they had this one waitress miracle who served me and she was very polite, funny, and insightful on any question I had about the menu! Will definitely be back again! Give that girl a promotion!

I haven't always been a fan of Chili's, in all honesty. In the last year or two, however, I have enjoyed many of their offerings - most especially their fish tacos (pictured), fresh guacamole, bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich, and white spinach queso!! I haven't tried the whole menu, but I have been very pleased recently with everything I've eaten there and I highly recommend Chili's, but especially this Kingsport location - the staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Food was great but the staff was better. They were prompt, courteous and so very nice. We will definitely be back.
