This company and it's employees are awesome. I waited most of the day for a tow truck(s) to arrive through my auto insurance. Yes, the first one never showed at all, and they could never "contact" a second one for me. But I called MD myself and they had a tow truck with a wonderful and very gentlemanly drive at my house in under 30 minutes. I could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dwayne is the best! We were stranded with our F350 and 40’ flatbed trailer. We called MD Automotive and Dwayne was there to our rescue in no time! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to get us back on the road! Thank you Dwayne!

They was on time and the wait was not long at all. They took extra care not to damage my SUV. Driver was professional and curtious.

Broke down on the side of the road near Walmart. They had great reviews so I called them for a tow, they were there within 10 mins!! Matt was fantastic! Very friendly and fast working. He even rolled up my windows for me and handed me my keys! Definitely deserve the 5 stars! It was the fastest tow I've ever had.

MD automotive is the only towing service we use personally and for our business. Any time your vehicle quits, it's stressful and you don't want to be stuck somewhere for any amount of time. Every single time we've needed them they've immediately came to pick up our vehicle. The prices they charge are very reasonable too. We will never use anyone else!

My truck broke down 2 and a half hours away from home, I called AAA nothing got done till the next morning (18 hours till someone was sent). I took matters into my own hands and called these guys. Within 15 minutes Brandon pulled up and got my truck loaded up and we were on the way! He was very professional and probably the coolest guy I have ever had to deal with in a situation like this. 10/10 would recommend this company for any towing needs! Amazing service, I couldn’t thank Brandon enough!

AAA left us stranded for hours and gave us the runaround. We called M D Automotive and had a minimal wait time for M D Automotive to arrive on Saturday, 3-12-22. We were treated with excellent care and respect and our truck was safely towed to home. We highly recommend M D Automotive to anyone who is in need. They will not let you down. Great people and they always do a great job

I had need of a flat bed tow for my car. The gentel man who answered was polite and respectful. He arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and quick. I have the highest regards for this business and will use them for any future needs.

I’m going to say hands down like they’re the best we waited on martins to come tow us and waited over two hours I canceled with them and called these guys and I wasn’t even off the phone but maybe close too ten mins and boom they showed up like they’re so awesome thank you guys so much we greatly appreciate it especially considering it was a Sunday thank y’all so much

i think his name was Brandon but not for sure. he was awesome and had fun the whole ride also enjoy the convo. hopefully if i break down in area and need a tow again i will definitely try to get him

Awesome people to work with. Brandon was the driver for my tow could not ask for better service from anyone. Very professional and fast which helped me out greatly.

Melvin Cagle or Dwight Cagle helped me get to monroe automotive for a fair/great price compared to the other towing companies. They charged me $75 while the others were trying to charge me $140-$200.

M D was the 6th place I called. Really nice on phone driver was fast safe and nice. If anyone needs a tow please call M D Automotives first. Great price too.
