Señor Lopez Mexican Grill

Stopped in on a Thursday night with Bingo in full swing. Waiter brought chips and salsa, which was amazing. We ordered Mexican Street tacos, chicken and chorizo, which were delicious! The hot sauce was very HOT! I had a medium strawberry margarita that was yummy. To end the meal we had frozen ice cream which was also delicious. Great experience at this little restaurant. Who knew the best Mexican food was in Tellico Plains Tennessee. Must come back very soon to try more items on the menu. Just yum!

Food was soooooo good! Literally the best refried beans and rice I've ever had! The molcajete presentation was as amazing as the flavors. My son got the quesadilla with chicken, bacon, and pineapple. He said it was delicious. Salsa was very good. We got a cheese dip with chorizo and Pico. Delicious. Service was top notch. Owner is a super nice guy. Definitely 5 stars all around.

The food was fantastic. It was a takeout for 4 people, so we didn't have a lot of interaction with the employees other than at checkout. The atmosphere was quite pleasant as well for the time we were inside. I will eat there again and encourage others to do the same.

The food there is great. Everything I have ordered they so far has been fantastic. Great servers and very friendly and take care of you. I highly recommend this place if you are in Tellico

I was accidentally that A-hole that ordered doordash in a really rural town; i had a long day at a local event with my dogs and didn’t want to leave them in the airb&b and didn’t really think about the fact that there probably aren’t many door dashers in the area lol. after waiting for an hour and a half and realizing my food still wasn’t on its way i started to make sense of the situation, hopped in my car and drove over. the woman at the front desk was apologetic and explained that they don’t have enough drivers in town which i completely understand, and it should’ve been common sense to me but i was just tired. the food was really good!!

It was very good. The food was delicious and our server was great. Had the steak fajitas and they were cooked perfectly.

The best Mexican restaurant I've ever ate at! Their salsa wasn't covered by cilantro taste you could actually taste the salsa! It was awesome!

We drove from Robbinsville to experience the Cherohala. We decided to come here because we love Mexican. Wow! The tacos Al pastor was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Great salsa too. We will be back for sure.

We just stopped in for dessert but the fried ice cream was a winner. Definitely going back to try other dishes. Looks to be fairly new. So show some love and support a neighborhood location.

Delicious food! I got the fajita quesadilla. So good! I could not finish it. Chips were warm, salsa yummy. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back🤩

Very nice restaurant with great food! I can’t find a good cheese dip anywhere else. My server Alyssa was awesome. Definitely will be visiting again soon!

We are from Houston Texas and didn’t know what to expect. The food was delicious! Margaritas, queso, and all of our dishes were excellent! Must try the extra hot home made salsa. Will definitely be back!

I love it the food is fresh the staff is friendly it's very child friendly wheelchair-friendly and you get good portions for your money.

We are in town on vacation and stopped in for a margarita. Everyone is amazing and so nice !!! Margaritas were 10/10 and 2x cheaper then at home.

Another great meal! I love their salsa so much. It was also Bingo night (Thursday’s at 6:30) which was fun.

We ended the meal with churros and had them add a scoop of ice cream for the friend that couldn’t have the gluten. They were delicious.

Staff and service are always quick and so grateful for the patronage. Definitely a local gem.

When you go to eat at senior Lopez ask for Lexi… she gives gives the best service in town. Fast food at a restaurant she got you!

I'm from out of town (Tampa, FL), but if I lived here I'd be a regular. Great enchiladas. Chips were crisp and tasted fresh. Everything here tasted fresh. Would definitely recommend.
