Tellico Beach Drive In

First time coming here. It's a nice little place to grab a bite to eat or grab an ice cream and enjoy the view. Definitely will be coming back.

Traveling through and tried it .. food is really good! Service top notch. Priced fair. Go here if you want good stuff!

One of our favorite places to eat with the best hot dogs around! A good old fashioned food stand by the beautiful Tellico River. Grab a huge Double Beach burger, onion rings, and Peanut butter milkshake and dine at the picnic table while watching the river rafters go by.

Burgers were awesome! Fries were great! Shakes were a wonderful finisher! Very reasonable! Loved being able to sit outside by the river while we enjoyed this tasty lunch! Can't wait to go back!

Nice little ice cream/hot dog (concession like) stop right on the river. Was pleased with chili cheese fries, hot dogs, and blueberry shake hit the spot. Served with a smile.

Nice ambiance as it sits right on the waterway with picnic tables under shade trees.

We are in Tellico Plains several times a year and we always include the Beach in our trip.  It's hard to beat a Beach Burger and a Peanut Butter Shake.  We love the view of the Tellico River.  A great and affordable place to take your family for a quick bite to eat.

You get so much food for CHEAP! Ask for Melissa or Haily they are the best. Enjoy your vacation at this little hidden gem on the river. Nice 🫶🏻

We don't love fast food, but this place was awesome. Shockingly low prices for burgers (literally under $5) and fries and everything else. And generous sizes of everything. The people were nice too. The view though was best of all, such a peaceful picnic table area right next to the river. Convenient place to stop on the way to The Dragon.

Great location and even better ice cream! This place is a must-stop when you're in Tellico. The variety of flavors and the quality of the ice cream are outstanding.

A friend recommended I go for a hamburger and their sweet tea. I wasn't disappointed. Nice little spot with plenty of parking and picnic tables along side scenic view of river.

A cool spot by the river! Driving through the mountains we decided to stop and cool off. Our poodle wanted ice cream! Out door seating for all including your four legged family members.
Walk up orders and outside seating by the river, not a bad place to be!

Great food, great people. Expect a bit of a wait as they are small staffed and the place is constantly over ran with people. They do their best.

The atmosphere is fine, but the locals seem less inclined to care about making sure everyone can park, and getting out can be cumbersome because people exceed the speed limit down the road.

The food is absolutely amazing and we've always made it our go-to favorite place to eat. You get to eat, take in the beautiful river and nature all at once! Very very clean and the staff are as nice as can be. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable time! After you enjoy the Beach Drive In, you can drive on up to Bald River Falls and enjoy the true beauty! Trust me, if you haven't been to Tellico Beach Drive In then you must give it a try. You will not disappointed!

Was visiting the area from Oregon. Randomly came by this spot and grabbed a burger. Burger was bigger than I expected for the money and was quite delicious. Not disappointed at all.

Absolutely best hot dog I’ve ever had. I hate slaw..basically all slaw. But not their slaw. I LOVE their slaw. I got like a gallon of it for part of my wedding food lol. Always very nice people. Right on the river. Amazing place all around. Only downfall is no bathrooms. But there are some right down the road, and also they don’t take credit/debit cards. So BRING CASH!

Been a very long time since I have eaten here. Let me start off by saying how friendly the staff was. I was actually greeted at both the windows by a gentleman and a young lady at the other. Both offered to take my order promptly. I placed a rather large order with the lady and she quickly jotted down my order with no mistakes as I had some specific ways the food be prepared. She verified the order with me once I was done. Then rang it up and I paid. Let me add at the time not knowing how good the food was. For what all we got a very good price. She then gave me a ticket with my number for the order. I asked her how long it would be and she said about 15-20 minutes. I walked back to the van and after about 10 minutes the gentleman whom greeted me at the order window came up to the window and said your food is ready. Wow that was fast. Made two trips back to the van with our food and drinks. My bacon cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Matter of fact it was so good I ordered another and it was done in a couple of minutes. The meat would melt in your mouth and the bun was so soft. My wife had the foot long hotdog with slaw and chili. She loved it to. Said the slaw was better than anything she had ever had. My daughter also had a plain foot long hot dog and is already begging me to go back. We sat in the car due to Covid exposure. We have a social needs tracheotomy son and couldn’t get him out in public. The view is wonderful. Having grown up in the area it’s what you are accustomed too.

The burger was really good, staff was super nice. Fun place if you have the time to wait. Busy on the weekends. I had the double cheese burger and fries. No bathrooms onsite for customer use.

No hamburger compares to Tellico Beach in Tellico Plains! It never disappoints!! It is delicious and the fries are sizzlin' hot! Bring cash only and it is very worth the stop and money!!
