Tellico Land Surveying

Mike came and surveyed my property quickly and efficiently prior to my installing a fence. He was the only TN surveyor in 500 miles to respond to my request and meet my surveying needs. Kudo's to his patience and professionalism.

Mike was very professional and friendly. When I spoke with him he told me he was booked up for a couple of weeks but would get to me as soon as he could. It was only a week and was cheaper than anyone else quoted.

Very responsive to calls and up front on answers to questions. Highly recommended. Lowest bid I have found

Fixed all the wrong problems from the past surveys and let me walk along the 36 acres to see exactly where my property lines were

I'm not really sure how this Mike Lowe does business. He never answers calls or texts. Leaving a voicemail is pointless and not worth your time. Ive been trying to get a hold of him since August 2023 (it's now Feb 2024) and theres always and excuse on his answer machine. I rarely leave reviews but this one needs to be addressed. I am suggesting all real estate professionals to beware if you want to build any business relations with a survey company-- it's not Tellico Land Surveying.

To Mike: Sorry man but your communication is TRASH.

First, the company is awful, will not show up as scheduled and will not return a call. I read the reviews and he responds with a, " I've never talked to you, met you, etc. I have text messages with a promise to be here on a certain date. Ive got contractors lined up waiting on a promised survey. Oh I even spoke with Mike who confirmed he would be out to do the survey. Mike how do you even have a business, man? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR FELLOW. Even if you have to wait get someone else. Absolutely no business ethics.

I really would like to give a good review but Mike is MIA. Texted him: (no response). Attempted to leave a message on both his phone numbers: (mail boxes fill). This was a survey he did years ago that I was considering redoing. Always like to keep the work local if possible. But looks like I’ll need to go further afield and spend my money elsewhere. Pity.

Very sad. For 3 weeks I tried to schedule a survey and he would only text and when he told me to call he would never answer. I needed to have a survey before a certain deadline. Every time he told me to call he would not answer. I called at least 20 times. He wasted my time to where I lost my window to have a survey before I flew out to see the property. His message machine says he will call you "within 12 to 24 hours" NOT!!!

I’ve called them for months trying to get a survey. After about 6 calls they say they are a few weeks out. I wait 2 months and they refuse to call back or answer the phone at all. Terrible business

Very unprofessional never answers phone would not recommend I called 40 times because he never answers his phone and ps I did leave a voice mail
