We have date night here often because we LOVE their wings so much! They also have great fries and the best blue cheese and honey mustard! Be sure to get there before 7:30pm to order food, but I promise everything we have ever had (burgers, bbq, etc) has always been delicious!

Awesome place! Live music, amazingly delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and clean bathrooms. We visited while traveling through town. We would definitely be regulars if we lived nearby! This place was packed, everyone loves it. We had a great time. I had the pork plate and a very fresh salad. My husband had wings and a sandwich. Most definitely recommend!!

Stopped at this local spot for lunch while driving through TN. Glad I did. Very friendly staff. Good food for a great price. Great beer selection. Got to try some local brews that were really good. The bartender whom I cannot recall her name was a very friendly, young, pretty pregnant girl. She was quite accommodating and hospitable. Will make this place a stop whenever I am in the area.

The food was great, the employees were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. Prices were quite reasonable. This is a hidden gem.

First time in and it won’t be our last! We are camping right down the road at Warrior’s State Park and since the rain made cooking outside a bit complicated, we decided to give this place a try. It didn’t disappoint! We ordered a kids burger w/ house chips, kids grilled cheese w/ house fries, chicken bacon ranch quesadilla served with tortilla chips, jalapeño cheddar burger w/ house chips and the Cuban w/ house fries. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! Matt was our server and he was great and very attentive. The prices and portions are very reasonable!

Great food, great service! The taco bowl is worth every penny. Our server let us try a sip of a new pomegranate beer. It was delicious and refreshing.

*Hidden Gem Alert* This is one of the "don't judge a book by its cover" places. Hole in the wall, looks like your average bar, but man is the food good. If you're in town for just a day, I'd highly recommend making a stop here. BBQ Chicken Quesadilla was amazing and the fries were the best I've ever had, shoestring with some peel. The burger was good. No matter what you get, you have to be sure try all three BBQ sauces (at least on your fries).

I had a bacon cheeseburger w/ bacon cheese fries and a Mug rootbeer. It was the best burger that I've had in a long time, and I was even able to enjoy it sitting outside on a very warm and beautiful day! I even added a little ranch dressing on top of the bacon cheese fries as a bonus! I will definitely be coming back here next time I come to Kingsport.

We stop by on our travels from Gatlinburg to Bristol. It was a great place to grab a bite to eat, and watch a few sport games too. The staff was friendly, and the locals love to welcome in visitors.

The food was so good and fresh and came out quickly. The service was excellent- the owner and other staff were attentive. The restaurant was very clean and appealing. We were passing through the area, but if we ever come this way again, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! The music was great, the food was even better, and the service was literally perfect. The waiter knew I needed a refill even before I did, brought us several different sauces, and even offered a drink to go. Will be back soon hopefully

Update! 7/21 I had a chance to go back and eat here again. It was just as great as last time!

Jalapeno cheddar burgar- 100% deliciousness! Shoe string fries were crispy, hot and perfectly seasoned. Great, very attentive service.

The food and service were really good.. we had the pulled pork sandwich with cheese fries and the Philly with chili cheese fries. Plus the prices are reasonable..

The shack has a small town vibe. I don't have one complaint. I had the pork plate. Food preparation was perfect. I left very satisfied.

We traveled from Florida to West Virgina and back with a 14 month old. So after 2 days of being in the car we needed a break and a good meal. I looked up places to eat on Google and came across this gem. I'm big on local spots and trying new places so The Shack was calling my name. I was defiantly looking for some Tennessee bbq and found that and more here. We arrived right after they opened so we were the first there. Our server was polite and helpful. She engaged with conversation and accommodated us with anything we needed. The food came out fast and delicious. I had the bbq pork sandwich with fries and green beans and my boyfriend ordered the rodeo Burger. Everything came out perfect and the cheese fries were an added bonus. A gentleman came out and asked how we liked everything ( I believe he was the owner or manager) and engaged with us for a good while. He even allowed our son to play corn hole with him and meet some of the locals! This place has defiantly been added to our favorites and our next trip out we will for sure be back! Thank you so much for all of the hospitality from your staff to us on such a rough day. You turned our entire day around!!!

This place has the best wings. Them loaded cheese fries was awesome and my lovely wife loved that chicken Quesadilla. The 1st time we ate there she had a hamburger and she absolutely loved it. We love this little hole in wall.
