I thought I popped in for a simple question. It turned out to be a little more and they went above and beyond! Helping me even with the kids in the car and the poring rain! THANK YOU! I will be referring others and coming back here. (Hopefully not anytime soon! 🤪)

Tuesday I was driving past by Dunkin Donut Construction at the Walmart in Madisonville (from Vonore/Sweetwater-round trip), found out Thursday I got some kind of nail or something in my tire so I thought it's likely came from DD. Came in with the tire light on, goes out with the tire light off.

Best experience EVER! I cannot thank these guys enough. We were passing through from out of town and our car lost power. Our car limped into Monroe at 11:30 AM on a Saturday. They were scheduled to close at 1:00 PM. I thought there is no way they will take care of it today. Boy, was I wrong. They were very understanding and sympathetic to our situation. They got the car right back, did some tests, and got it repaired so fast, it surprised me.
They had us back on the road in no time. They are our heroes. They saved our vacation.
All I can say is THANK YOU Monroe Tire & Service!!

We were up snit creek when on Rafter rd. We hit a piece of the side of the road that was washed away, messed up our rim, and flattened our tire. These guys went out of their way to work with us. They fixed the rim, so we can still use it until our new one comes in. This is the only place that I will buy tires from, if I have a choice in the matter.

If you need a good and honest mechanic to work on your vehicle this is the place to go! I thought I was having problems with my truck, I was hearing noises that sounded like it was my brakes?! But, Kenny is a straight shooter! He said there was nothing wrong with my truck, another mechanic could of easily made something up and charged me! What a wonderful person and a terrific place! They will most definitely have my business for anything else in the future!!

I have had the pleasure of bringing 2 different cars to Monroe Auto on several occasions during the past few years. Eric and his team have always been extremely professional and took the time to explain both their evaluation and after the completion of a job exactly what work was done. Their prices are very fair and if an emergency arose Eric was always willing to fit me in to take care of an issue. They are a huge improvement of taking our cars to a dealer for everything from a simple oil change to major brake work and other major and minor repairs!

Eric the owner has always been so kind. Very helpful. Has been honest and has walked with integrity. We have never felt like he was trying to pull anything over on us. Good local car shop!

Thank goodness for this honest & friendly service! My suv broke down while I was passing through the area, 4 hours from home!! The staff was so helpful and so nice to me. They went out of their way to get the part for my suv overnighted to the shop. They explained everything to me and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. It feels great to trust a company! I would absolutely recommend these guys!! Top notch service.

I had a diesel fuel issue that they helped me diagnose. They didn't end up working on my truck directly but were very willing to help me get on the road for my vacation. Great people, great service.

He took care of us ,and was very insightful.he showed us the bad part's and all kinds of stuff other shops don't even think about doing,and again he is very reasonable on his pricing.if you live around the Madisonville area and you need your car fixed give these guys a holler 👍👍👍👍👍

This was the first time I took my car there but they were very nice and funny as well. They did an excellent job and will most likely take my cars there.
