Gary has been the most amazing help when it came to us getting our home. We lost our home in December due to a house fire. We came to Monroe county mobile homes. Gary has been exceptional with all the help he has given us. He helped us from the very first moment we walked in. He still hasn't stopped helping us. He answers every question you have to the very best of his ability. He goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. One things for certain he cares about you. He has made this process so much easier on us. We wouldn't of been able to do this without his help!!!

When my future husband and I was looking for a mobile home , we stopped here. The gentleman named Kris was very nice. He was very helpful with any questions we had. The other staff was just as great!! I would highly recommend this place if your in the market to buy.

I bought a home from Kristopher Bailey and he has been so helpful and professional in dealing with. Was able to tell the salesman (Mike) what I was looking for and he gave us a map and let us go look so we were not pressured or rushed. Has an awesome set up and very friendly and professionslal. Even had some suggestions to further our search for a land for possible land as well.

Kristopher was extremely knowledgeable on the different manufacturers of homes. He advised me on the upgrades that were available with different manufactures and things to look for on mobile home webpages. My experience was good and i would recommend stopping by and talking with them about options and inventory prior to any purchase.

We were impatient as first time home buyers but now that we are settled in our tru home small double wide...we love it and would highly recommend them to our friends. The owner is a good guy who seems to care about people. And funny as all get out😂
