BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! From the moment I spoke with Lisa to confirm my needs she took care of me. She let me know that Joe & Chris were the technicians that would be coming and at what time they would be here. Lisa called me many times to keep me updated and then Joe & Chris ended up coming early. they got right to work & were pleasant to talk to & you could tell that they really enjoyed what they were doing.

During one of Lisa's progress calls she asked me genuinely how I am & how my family was. a year ago my wife was in an car accident where she was hit by a car and thrown in the air. it has been a traumatic experience for my family. taking care of my wife became priority & I no longer had the time to complete projects around our new home that we just purchased. not only did Lisa hear me. she LISTENED. these people. this company. are a blessing. myself & my family cannot thank Lisa, Chris & Joe enough for such a blessing of a seamless & enjoyable experience from start to finish. if Lisa was a greeter at the pearly gates I'd believe it. These are super friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful people. We were sent Mills by our warranty company and we couldn't be happier. Lisa at the office is so understanding and Joe the technician is very knowledgeable and really helps explain what is wrong and how he is fixing it. Highly recommend them.

Not sure everything he had to do but Chris went above and beyond what he could to make sure my elderly stepfather heating was working. He was compationate and caring. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Chris!!!

They did an outstanding job of replacing our Son's power pole. Despite various obstacles, the two fellows persevered and completed the work to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend them for all one's electrical problems.
