Excellent experience. Courteous and professional. Wait time was very short. They took all my information and the nurse practitioner was wonderful. All the right questions were asked of me and thoroughly. A prescription was called in for me to Walmart in Madisonville and by the short time it took me to get there it was ready. Both my husband and myself were impressed with FastPace Health Urgent Care. I highly recommend.

I 100% recommend Fast Pace to anyone! My 10 month old son has had rattling in his chest with breathing, frequent coughing and runny nose for 4 months and was not prescribed anything by his pediatrician office and told that it was just a cold and it would pass. Fast Pace seen him one time and prescribed him a steroid that helped him breathe better and he even slept all night after one dose! He hasn’t slept all night in 4 months! The nursing staff is phenomenal and the front office staff is so sweet and efficient. We will come to Fast Pace with every sickness from now on!

Once again, The girls here are great. Starting with the girl at the front desk and all of the medical team in the back. Very professional. I would not hesitate a bit to say; thank u Fast Pace for ur employees making a drs visit much better than any clinic I have been to. I was a medical assistant for 30 +years and so I know what's expected of employees to do their jobs and at the same time smile and laugh. Hat's off to this team.

Got into an altercation with a chainsaw that cut my knee “beyond bandaid” severity. Found Fast Pace on a Google search as the closest urgent care to me.
Was quickly triaged and treated by friendly, efficient, professional staff. Nurse Practitioner Jaclyn stitched my knee up saving me from a peg leg, and having to find a parrot and a pirate hat.

I visited here for my son he had a painful rash and was very uncomfortable to say the least. I was very pleased with the service here we didn't have to wait very long at all to be seen even as just a walk in, and the staff was very kind and good to him. I will definitely continue to choose the urgent care over the 5 or 6 hour wait at the ER.

Wait time was 2-3 hours due to various flu strains going around, so I understood the long wait. Staff were prompt and courteous. I was satisfied with the treatment and diagnosis.

Very satisfied with the service I got at Fast Pace Clinic. Did the pre registration. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. Very efficient and detailed. Sending some things to examined by a lab. Diagnosed my granddaughters symptoms easily and prescribed the appropriate meds. I will go back for myself or any family. Highly recommend Fast Pace

We love fast pace. We mainly use Madisonville but have used Loudon and Etowah locations too. Every office we've been to has been friendly and took great care of myself and my family.

I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or for the Dr to see me. All of the staff were very friendly. I had 1 staple to be removed so this was so much better than the emergency room. I use a walker and the Dr even opened doors and walked me to my car. If ever needed I will definitely return here. Also the place was very clean

Everyone here seems to really enjoy what they do. Had to go back to back days with my daughter and I, both times were quick and received the care we needed. Will continue using this location in the future.

The place was clean, the staff very nice.
The only thing myself and another patient had was problems checking in with the keyosk. Ended up filling out the paperwork.

Nothing but professionalism and medical expertise from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. Strongly recommend Veterans utilize Fast Pace Urgent Care instead of traveling to the VA when authorized.

The staff was wonderful. I was seen promptly and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff where both professional and Courtesies, The attending Dr was knowledgeable and even though I was a walk in gave me information to give my primary Dr for further treatment of my condition.

They are very kind and even on Christmas Eve we’re attentive to me and gave me the help I needed. Friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. So glad they’re available in Madisonville.
