Called Teri LaRocca State Farm office today, leaving a message for a return call. Holly called me back in a timely manner. She was very courteous and professional while helping me with our homeowners insurance issue. Holly has assisted me in the past on several occasions. She solved my issue today and I appreciate her willingness to help me out. I have always enjoyed my interactions and prompt assistance with Teri’s office. Thanks!

When we moved from out of state, Sarah did a great job of getting our renter's insurance and car insurance transferred over. The rates were not only reasonable, but less than we were paying previously for the same coverage! Teri LaRocca's office has always been responsive and following up when they say they will and happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!

I never thought I would be passionate enough about insurance to write a review, but this State Farm office is truly phenomenal! I have had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Mitch on a couple different insurance things and both of them have been extremely helpful and made everything so easy and streamlined. All of my questions or requests have been responded to same-day, and I have never had a single issue with billing or anything. All around incredible customer service and a very friendly, helpful team!

Holly Hoffman did an outstanding job helping my wife and I combine our auto policies and convert some of the coverage options. But that's standard practice at Teri's office so while we're very happy to finally complete this process, it's business as usual for her team.

I’ve always didn’t like dealing with insurance companies but the short time I’ve been with them and my agent Sarah is top notch and the service is unmatch. Every week I get a call from Sarah just to check up and if I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Absolutely STELLAR experience today getting my insurance switched on both Home and Auto. I sat on the phone with my mortgage company and finally surrendered and called and talked to Sarah instead (she works with Teri). She walked me through the entire process and saved me literally 1000's of dollars. I couldnt be happier!

I recommend State farm to all my family members. Our agent and other reps have helped us with extensions, with claims, any issue we have...a metal bar went though my windshield driving down the road they made the process of filing insurance claim so easy. Our agent always contacts us immediately when we call, text or email. She has helped us more than any company I've ever been with. I highly recommend them.
