North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants contracted with Tri Properties to serve as the general contractor for our building renovation. Randy and Tim went above and beyond - identifying solutions, keeping us informed, and scheduling work around our business needs. Their commitment to outstanding customer service and respect of our budget were top notch!

Ryan & Paxton were amazing to work with. From the time we signed a contract with them to the time we executed our lease was right at 2 months after a multi-year search with another firm. They came to the table with over 100 pages of options with specs of each space. The Tri-Properties team went above & beyond for our search and negotiations which wound up getting us exactly what we were looking for and wanted.

My office space is well maintained and the team is quick to act whenever there is a maintenance or cleaning need. Communication is fantastic, as they always keep tenants aware of any construction projects, lost items, and building closure dates for holidays.

Tri-Properties is a responsive group that works well with our tenants. Good communication is critical to our operations, and they do a great job keeping us abreast of items that need attention.

Tri Properties team does a good job of keeping up with the maintenance of the building, even with the tenant transitions that were going on these past few months.

I tried to contact the Sr Vice President Joaquin Canals on three or four different times and asked about a property that was showing for lease in Louisburg NC when I introduced myself he told me the price of the lease without giving me any other information after I asked he sent me an email about the property, told me to contact the present tenant and to call him back. I tried to go view the property but was unsuccessful so I contacted Mr. Canals a second time and I told him I was very interested in the property and that the outside needed some work and let him know a second time that I could not view the inside of the property again he never asked for my name or phone number but he did however have my email address. I tried to view the inside again and was unable to so again I called Mr. Canals and was told that they already had a proposal I was crushed only for a short period of time. I guess I did not have the right voice nor did I not deserve the chance as the other person.....Tri Properties and Mr. Joaquin Canals listed as Sr. Vice President in this day and time that is a shame but I guess they roll with their culture. So sad!!!! God created us all to be equal not set apart. Please Please do better.
