Clinic Pharmacy has the BEST customer service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy! I live in Virginia but choose to drive to Durham, NC because of their service, kindness, and care for their customers! You’ll never want to go anywhere else!

I am so relieved to have found this place. They are kind, prompt, communicative, and very professional. We have been using them for years and have never once had an issue.

If you want a pharmacy like no other than go here. It is family owned. It's a small business. The pharmacist and the technicians and everyone knows who you are they know what medicine you're on. Obviously it's confidential but they really go out of their way to help you and make sure you have no drug interactions with new meds. Bigger box pharmacies in my opinion do not give you the same level of care. I have been going here for well over a decade. A long time. Their hours are not the same as a larger chain pharmacy. But they are convenient. I like them because I get a very personal experience every single time.

This is a wonderful pharmacy. I have been a customer of theirs for the last 10+ years, from when they were attached to the old Duke Urgent Care. They know you, they are friendly, they are fast with your prescriptions, they've offered and delivered them to my door the following day if they weren't in stock. I never go anywhere else if I can avoid it.

I shared a building with them for a few years recently. They were always very nice and offered a lot of helpful advice when I needed something. They handled my flu shots and I always felt like they cared about their customers.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Since they are only a pharmacy they are experienced in dispensing drugs. In 15 years I have never gotten the wrong prescription, which used to happen frequently at a big store pharmacy. If you are getting something they don’t have in stock it will be there the next day. If you want a pharmacy where you can buy food, cosmetics, and toys, go somewhere else, but if you want a pharmacy that will dispense your drugs with the utmost care and reasonable costs, this is your place.

I live in Holly Springs and work in Raleigh but I always go to the Clinic Pharmacy when I need my prescriptions. They are amazing and very helpful in what they do. Compared to Walgreen's or CVS the people at Clinic Pharmacy actually care about the people they are serving. I will always go to them for my prescription needs!

These days it's rare to have an ole "Ma&Pops" pharmacy that is still in business but Clinic is one. Clinic actually knows your name when you walk in or pull up to the window and they don't require an afternoon to fill your prescriptions !! I also love the staff, hands down the best I've ever come across !! The staff never make you feel like you are a waste of time and you can tell they truly care !!

Professional personalized service! Staff monitor renewals, knowledgeable about procedures and regulatory requirements. Such a change from chain drug store where experienced numerous problems and delays. Feel very well taken care of.

Hands down, the best pharmacy for people looking for more than packaged OTC products. This is a formulating pharmacy, meaning it can mix custom-ordered meds from your physician and is not tied exclusively to what pre-packaged drug companies have on the market.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all truly caring. When I need serious attention, THIS is the place I seek out.
