Comfort Suites Raleigh Durham Airport/RTP

We stayed here and booked 4 rooms for State Games competition. Everyone in our group were very happy with their rooms and the hotel staff. Yonas drove us in the van to local restaurants and was very helpful. You can tell that Julie the manager was well liked by her employees. She was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! I am the manager of another location in Washington, DC and Jonnie really showed what it meant to be a Comfort Suites employee. His dedication to my satisfaction as a guest was outstanding. Great problem-solving abilities and did a wonderful job communicating, made my stay more relaxing.

Had a great stay. The hotel shows it’s age but it’s clean. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was great! Very good price for what you get.

Laurin the General Manager was nice, helpful and made everyone feel special no matter who it was. She remembers small details that made our stay that much better. Also - the breakfast area was very well stocked and I enjoyed a hot breakfast everyday. Nice atmosphere and I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

We arrived late in the evening and I believe the lady who checked us in was Shamrika. I might be wrong on the name, but the hotel knows who I am writing about. A 1,000% gem of a person, I couldn't ask for a better human being. She checked us in quickly, knew that we could have extra points or a snack and beverage (first person out of all your hotel chains to offer that and not just assume points).

We had an issue with our room (understandable after the storm they had) and she immediately moved us to another room and apologized several times.

She is a gem and the hotel franchisee needs to recognize that and in my recommendation, move her up the chain to a manager (if she isn't already).

Breakfast greeter - Didn't catch his name but he was just as friendly and offered help to not just us, but any one that needed it (in his words "If there is anything I can help with, just let me know") with a smile.

A storm happended and guests need to understand that and not be cruel to the staff. They are A+ in our opinion.

I stayed at this location 8/1/22 – 8/4/22 The staff and management were great. I had a situation in my room and went downstairs to talk to the person behind the desk. I tried to be very polite about the situation. He did get the manager and I got to speak with the VP. They did everything they could to make the situation right, thank you for taking care of me and making things right. Its really hard when you travel a lot for work, and you don’t always find staff and management that are friendly and take care of the situation. This team did a great job!

Was in town for a hospital visit for a family member, checked out early after reserving for 2 nights, only had to pay for 1 night and appreciated the refund for night 2 without asking.

I needed to have many items addressed when I called. Reservations, shuttle to the Airport, long term parking. The gentleman I was speaking to had within a few minutes reserved/secured payment, explained that the shuttle was being used as Uber being paid for by the hotel. And that my vehicle would be under surveillance during my absence. With such professionalism/Eager to please attitude. When I asked him for a supervisor/manager, he told me he was the general manager! I felt like he was my safety blanket in a storm. I was speechless. I congratulate the hiring personnel. Thank you for your due diligence. You shined for me. And I’m grateful. Hard to forget when your treated like Gold!

The room was clean. It was a great value stay. We only stayed one night. You can tell the room could use an update due to age but we had a fridge, microwave, couch and coffee table so dining-in was great! We also loved The convenience of being off The freeway entrance/exit. The front desk was friendly and efficient.

The gentleman named Israel at the front counter made me feel so valued as a choice hotels member. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Despite me having to call the front desk multiple times (I left a million things at home) he never got frustrated and remained helpful and honored my every request. I needed extra shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair and he even gave me extra towels. Grade A customer service !

The room was spacious and very clean. The location is awesome and I slept like a baby in the soft king size bed. The pillows were so fluffy. I look forward to staying here again.

I checked on December 2 2020 for a six month construction project. I traveled home every two weeks. Check in was a fast and friendly experience, room was clean, smelled fresh and had everything I needed. All employees were extremely nice and very accommodating during my stays. Front desk clerks go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Mellisa, Lauren, Pebbles, Amanda, George and Gabe are all great people at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and try Comfort Suites on page rd, you'll be happy with your stay.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Israel at the front desk was so attentive, energetic, and personable! Aside from the awesome staff, the beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean! To top it off, we got an excellent deal on the room, so we didn't break the bank staying here. Comfort Suites is probably the absolute best value for your money in this area! Wonderful choice! We will definitely be back!

Ok it's a little dated and it shows but can't complain about anything. The room is huge with all the basic hotel needs, front desk staff some of the friendliest I have ever seen, a very clean hotel and everything works well. It's close to the Airport so when you need to catch a flight convince is great.

Stayed here just as a weekend get away for my birthday, the rooms were very nice and the ladies that cleaned the room were very attentive but ISRAEL was amazing during my stay. He made me and my hubby feel like royalty and was very accommodating! I've never received this type of customer service ever it was amazing, we didn't even want to leave Israel was so patient and understanding with everyone! And he even remembered my birthday and sung for me which was amazing! Mr George the gentlemen that handles the breakfast was amazing as well

Our stay at Comfort Suites Raleigh Durham Airport was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, not far off the highway. The staff was friendly and even though the hallway had a slightly off smell, our room was great. We were on the fourth floor, but the hotel has 2 working elevators right near the front desk. The room was spacious with five pillows (much better than the 1 per person in many hotels) and an additional comforter in the closet. AC controls were easy and worked great. Bathroom was very nice with extra towels and wash cloths. Breakfast in the morning had many options: real eggs, bacon, sausage, multiple cereals, muffins, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, two waffle makers with both regular and blueberry waffle mix options, several beverage options, and more! We'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week and had a great stay. Our pickup from the airport by Mr. Randy went smooth and check in was seamless. My girls and I enjoyed the pool as well. Beds were comfy and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning offered the norm but also provided made to order omelets. The only downfall was the late night receptionist was a little rough around the edges and gave an expression that he had better things to do. Other than that, it was nice and a great value.

Made a last minute reservation, got in very late, staff were so accommodating about airport shuttle and getting me connected to where I needed to go in a city I was totally unfamiliar with. Room was clean, price great, and full breakfast offered. Definitely recommend.

Rooms were very quiet, clean and very large. Breakfast was delicious even though we showed up right before breakfast was ending. The breakfast attendant was super nice and kept asking us if we needed anything else before he broke everything down. I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

This is a wonderful hotel. The GM is wonderful and also all other employee's. This is where we stay everytime we are in town. Melissa and Lauren and George are the very best!!! They make this hotel a home away from home.. I never have any problems.. They are always here smiling as we walk in and have us a room waiting!!! All rooms very clean even the filters in the heating / air units!! This is a MUST stay and DEFINITELY return stay!!!! Thank you guys all of you from the front desk to housekeeping... You all are a great team

I really like this hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The location couldn't be better. You are really close to the airport and all the major highways as well as RTP. The service is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. The fitness and laundry facilities are primitive, but at least they have them. The free breakfast is about average, but again, at least it's available. I didn't use the pool (outdoor), but it looked nice. This one of the nicer places you'll find in the area. I would be happy to come back.
