Had a GREAT experience with Mr. Young. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable during my car buying experience. The process was fast. The car I bought looked BEAUTIFUL and very clean inside and out. Test drove it twice, smooth ride both times and its been running good since my purchase. I did alot of homework BEFORE I even showed up at the dealership and after my test drive(s) I just had a GOOD feeling and knew it was the car for me. Took it for a full inspection a few days after purchase just to make sure there was no upcoming maintenance that I needed to be aware of and even the Mechanic agreed that the car is in great running condition at this time. I believe Mr. Young is a reputable dealer and thank him for a great experience and a great car for a great price!

I purchased a car from Mr. Young nine months ago, and the car was in like-new condition. Since then, I have not had any issues at all with it. Coming to the US as an international student without a US driver's license, Mr. Young helped me greatly by explaining all the nuances and guiding me through the entire purchase process. I had the best experience with Young at iMotors! If you are looking for a gently used vehicle with a reasonable price point, this is the place to be. Young is super knowledgable about all of the cars on his lot and you can tell he really cares about helping you find something that works for you, and within your budget.
He took the time to explain everything from details about the vehicle, financing, etc. On top of that there were lots of cars to choose from. I have never had a better car buying experience and just can't say enough good things about Young and imotors!

The man had great customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on what cars he had in inventory within my budget. I absolutely love my car. It was in great condition and we got it for a reasonable price. This was the best deal I was offered and the salesman was honest when he answered my questions. I was able to test drive the car and took the car home that day.

The first night I went very late and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Young had to leave 10 minutes early as he prioritizes family events over money in such a situation. I was sold. Easy to work with. Friendly and respectful. Quick and easy buying process. Young was honest and told us that the car we were wanting to buy needed to have the spark plugs changed and that they were going to do it but hadn’t gotten to it yet. He replaced the spark plugs for us for free. Had he not said anything we never would have known so I appreciate his honesty and taking care of that for us. He was very laid-back and not pushy at all. We had a good buying experience and would recommend this dealership!

We sat down to speak to Mr. Young about purchasing a car. He explained our options very thoroughly and broke down our credit situation, and more importantly how to improve it! Unfortunately the car we were looking at was a vehicle without financing options and our credit isn't good enough for a different vehicle so we left without making a purchase, but our experience here was good enough that we will definitely be coming back once we build our credit up! My husband and I just bought our car here today and it was a great experience. Young helped us through the entire process. He was nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend this place, it is worth it. The cars are priced very well and the cars are in really good condition. Young especially is efficient and from start to finish it took us less than 2 hours to look at the cars, test drive, draft the paperwork, sign, have the insurance sent over and leave with a car.

I didn't even buy from here but Yung was great at helping us figure out what we wanted and how to get it to fit with what we needed financially! We showed him other cars we were interested in from other locations and he would help look up the car facts and compare. We found a good option in Cary and Yung suggest we check out the car and was honest about it being a good deal regardless of it not being a car from his place of business. Went in today to buy a car. I was nervous about the whole process, from choosing a car, financing, insurance, registration, etc. but my experience went very smoothly and positively.

Young was really friendly, patient, and helpful, guiding me through all the steps of getting the car. We started out, straight away, on a test drive, during which he explained my options, talked about my preferences, budget, etc. I was impressed by the condition of the vehicle and the reasonable price, without any haggling.

Staff here was very easy to deal with. First time actually buying a car from a dealership of any sort, and the kept it simple, straightforward, and worked with me to get the car, paperwork, and financing done. Bought a 2013 Nissan Leaf, and they were great in explaining the features and reminding me of the limitations of a lower ranged electric vehicle. Price was also excellent, several thousand under what a competitor was offering for a comparable model, turning a good deal into a great one. Would easily recommend them to a friend or family member, and didn't even mind the extra driving distance to get to their lot. Would certainly buy another car from them again.

I bought a used car from I Motors in February 2019. Young spent time answering all of my questions about the car I had in mind. After the test drive I decided this was the car for me. I called my husband to come and check it out. Young was very patient and let us take it for a second test drive.
