Lovely shopping experience. Greeting pleasant by staff, really warm & welcoming. Aisles are wide to get strollers, shopping carts, though them without snagging on items. The 👗 dressing rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and knowledge able about inventory. I was very impressed & will shop there again😁😁😘

I need to go back there asap!! I had service ..that made me breath easier! The Staff is so attentive ..without smothering personal choices! The quality of the clothing is nothing i could compare with anything except those small Boutique type of Family Owned places growing up. I am a wash & wear person & i appreciate the quality ..because the garments hold their shape! I bought Dresses & Slacks, & the store is set up to give several choices of mix & match.

This store has supplied my twin and I for years. We would love to model their clothing. We are fashionable women in our 60s . We rely on Cato for everything. Clothing, jewelry, shoes, hats, exercise wear. We dress alike all the time. We make it a habit when we travel to find a Cato store. We also travel to get items not available at our regular Cato stores in Durham NC. They all know the twins. Cato we love you. Please keep supplying us with knockout fashionable clothing. Cato has a great mix of styles and sizes. Their regular process are decent, clearance prices are great. The sales associates left me alone when wanted to just look around. Both of them were patient with me when I needed help to find the sizes I needed.

Good clothes for misses/juniors/plus size woman at an economical price. Friendly and helpful staff. A little of everything. Dresses, pants, skirts, athleisure, business wear, some semi- formal, jewelry not high end, but nice casual everyday. Also shoes, hats, purses and scarves accessories. An assortment of clothes that changes with the seasons. Love the store!

I'm from Connecticut I was very happy with my purchases .
When I return to Durham I will visit the store again. And the sales persons they were so friendly and helpful. This was so different from service I have receive in receively stores.
