Be warned: If you live in an apartment complex owned by Sentinel, and you get locked out of your apartment (even if you are a girl and you are crying and all alone), Sentinel's company policy for all their apartment complexes is not to let the emergency maintenance crew unlock your door, because the maintenance folks can not get into the computer to verify that you are who you say you are. However, it is OK to call an outside locksmith, who won't even check your identification to let you in. The policy is this way because it takes the liability off of Sentinel in the event that you are an intruder. In essence, throw personal service way out the door with these folks. Otherwise a great apartment. Too bad they lack quality customer service.

AWFUL! Do not rent from them. ROACH INFESTED. Filthy-moldy common areas. No response from management.
