I was very impressed with all the new updates in the services ;to take x-rays in the room and able to make their own crowns. My dental assistant was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns. She explained every step of what she was doing and made sure I was understood. She was awesome!!!
My dentist ask me about my medical updates during my last visit. He was very attentive to the information I shared with him regarding my recent medical history and family problems. Then he was very sorry that I had gone through all of that.

Then he started the process of my visit. He explained each step of each tooth and what correction was needed. He wished me a happy Mother’s Day. The assistant printer a list and explain the order the dentist needed to do first.
I explained to her, that was a lot of money and I’m not sure if I could pay for all the dental work. We discussed that I could do one at a time and we could start with the dentist needed to do.
The assistant was awesome and I give her highest rating. Thank for the awesome services.

Very efficient and timely when your appointment time comes up. Virgil has done my teeth cleaning for the past several years, he is very through, good and a kind human being! Dr Butler is my dentist and follows up after my cleanings. I enjoy his interest about me and his knowledge of dentistry. They make a winning team!

I recently visited the Croasdaile Dental Arts office for a routine teeth cleaning and examination, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The moment I arrived, the friendly receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently checked me in.

Virgil, my dental hygienist, was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning process. He skillfully removed plaque and tartar, leaving my teeth feeling fresh and polished. No discomfort whatsoever!

Dr. Jason Butler, my dentist, took the time to discuss my oral health. He examined my teeth, gums, and checked for any signs of cavities or gum disease. Dr. Butler patiently answered my questions and provided valuable advice on maintaining healthy teeth.

I also noticed that the dental office had state-of-the-art equipment. My digital X-rays were quick, and Dr. Butler explained the results clearly. It’s reassuring to know they stay up to date with the latest technology.

The waiting area was spacious and relaxing. The clinic was impeccably clean, and health and safety protocols were strictly followed. I appreciated the attention to hygiene.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. They genuinely cared about my well-being and made me feel at ease throughout the visit.

Excellent visit today @ Dental Arts. Dr Eric Cole was just awesome. His assistant today was awesome as well and I am sorry I forgot her name. Very kind with beautiful green/hazel eyes!! Both were kind and caring. They addressed my concerns ( rejuvenating old bonding/resin). Dr. Cole ran me through my options and seemed to really he passionate about getting it right for the patient. He listened attentively, was very skilled, and did a great job!!I am happy with the results and the price was super reasonable given the time and skill spent. I have never been to this group before and I highly recommend!!

Very pleased with Doctor Cole and his dental assistant. They were pleasant and yet very professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to discuss my dental problems and made me feel very much at ease with their plan of action.

The hygienists and dentists are all incredibly skilled and professional. I've always had positive experiences there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I moved from the Durham area and now drive over an hour to come see my hygienist, Virgil and Dr. Butler. I feel comfortable and well taken care of. If I have any issues, they are responsive and get me in to assess the problem quickly. I also, have to give kudos to the office staff who are very responsive when I call and come into the office.

My dental assistant is new to Croasdaile Dental Arts. She was amazing and is truly an asset to your practice! She talked to me about the details of my cleaning and even took a picture to show me the condition of my teeth! I liked her personality so much that I made a six-month appointment with her at the end of my appointment (I don't always do this because of my particular scheduling needs...I WANTED HER NEXT TIME) . Dr Turner continues to be an amazing dentist who listens and offers the wisdom of his years when talking about my particular circumstances...no punches; just sound advice. I had a dental emergency this morning, which had to be dealt with today as I am traveling for the next 10 days. The staff absolutely made it possible for me to get in. I was treated today by Dr. Cole, who is not my regular dentist, and Paige, his assistant. They were personable, explained everything in advance, and repaired my crown efficiently. I was very pleased with both of them, felt well cared for and heard. I like this dental practice very much -- everyone from the front staff to the dental assistants to the dentists are very personable, extremely well trained and quite reasonably priced. 5 stars for sure!

Our family members have been patients of the practice for decades. The dentists and entire staff have always been highly competent professionals AND from pleasant to delightful to be with. Never a doubt but that we have received the best treatment over all these years. Thanking each of them, again for how they have served our needs.

As always, Croasdaile Dental Arts was fast efficient and friendly. They are always ready to see me on an emergency basis, and they work with my schedule to do all routine cleanings.

Dr. Turner and his staff are great! I have been a patient for many years, had routine care as well as implant surgery, and their work has always been excellent. Friendly, informative, never in a rush. Highly recommend!

I had my regular cleaning done by Alex. She is professional and gentle.
In the past other hygienists had been pretty aggressive. Alex is a lot more careful.
I find her to be knowledgeable, professional, and the kind of hygienist you want to have working on your teeth.

I am a new patient to the Croasdaile Dental Arts practice. I have moved many times in the past 20 years and had many "new" dental experiences. This was by far the best.

Paige was amazing! She explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. It was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had.

Dr. Butler and Kristy are the best! I had a cracked tooth, which needed a crown, and they took excellent care of me. My tooth feels better and I can chew comfortably again. Thanks CDA!!

I went in yesterday for routine cleaning and got the news I needed a crown. Dr. Butler is such a professional and has a very easygoing personality. He advised me twice in the past 5 years, a tooth needed a crown and I kept putting it off. Now that the tooth has broken off, I can’t put it off now. I should have listened to him from the beginning - he knew what he was talking about! Highly recommend Dr. Butler and Croasdaile Dental Arts. I have been a patient of this practice close to 45 years.

Dr Butler and his team did such a great job with my dental care, especially managing my major dental anxiety. They were overly caring and understanding. I’m glad I’ve found a place for my long term dental care.

My visit was very pleasant. I came in to be reassured that I was not in danger of needing emergency repair as I felt jagged edges with my tongue. Dr. Turner put my mind at ease with his friendly and calm voice. We made plans for our course of action. Croasdaile is the best!

Great experience. I was seen on time, Erica was excellent. Dr. Butler is very friendly. As someone who normally dreads going to the dentist, the whole team here makes an effort and it shows.
