Edible Arrangements

I placed an order with this store, about a month or so ago and forgot to leave a review. I only just remembered because I was so pleased with my previous order that, today, I thought to place another! ☺

Anyway, the order I had placed was for a same-day delivery to my husband while he was at work. I wanted to surprise him with something sweet, since I knew he was having a rough day. He loves pineapples (they are his favorite fruit) so naturally that’s what I chose to get him. Edible Arrangements has a box that is entirely chocolate-dipped pineapples and it was perfect! 🍍🍫

Not only did they arrive the same day, but if I recall correctly, they took less than 2hrs to be prepared and delivered. I initially called the store to make sure that my husbands workplace was within their delivery zone and a kind worker named Hannah informed me that it was. Later I called again to cancel the order, because after placing it I realized I’d done so only a few minutes before they stopped deliveries for the day. I felt so bad, but when I called another kind employee (who’s name I cannot remember) informed me that it was alright and that they had actually just finished preparing the box and would be delivering it soon. ♥

All-in-all I was pleased with my purchase, and was glad I decided to take the chance (regardless of all the negative reviews). Hopefully my next delivery goes just as smoothly…fingers crossed! 🤞🏾

Experience was great. Recipient wasn’t home for delivery. I called the store to work out getting it delivered and the employee who I spoke to on the phone was patient, friendly, attentive to the issue. I appreciated it! I had scheduled a delivery over at Duke Hospital, but luckily my friend is getting released early. The lady at the store was super helpful getting it out today and updating the room. She saved the day

Placed an order for a friend to arrive same day due to a sudden passing. Even though they were super busy with deliveries and fulfilling orders, Drew at Edible Arrangements made sure to get mine delivered while I'm miles away. Great customer service and felt like my order was just as important as the others.

I ordered two Birthday presents from Edibles on Market Street in Chapel Hill. They were for different people but on the same day. Fruit Basket for one and Chocalte Covered Strawberries For the other.
I told them what time I wanted to pick up the gifts and to my Surprise and Pleasure everything was Ready and the Fruit Basket was so Fresh and The Fruit was so good and Fresh as was The Chocalate Covered Strawberriies!
Everything Was Excellent! Customer Service Was Outstanding!!! Will be ordering from here again!
