Very helpful overall the associate Lisa went above and beyond! Now as far as Jerome the manager or assistant manager he didn’t seem like he wanted to come up to the front at all to help us with the 3k riding mower, he didn’t shed an ounce of interest in coming to help nor explaining how simplified it was to put together. We just needed some general knowledge when we get it to our home that’s the only bad part. Lisa though was phenomenal!! Superb service might I say hats off!

I was very happy with my purchase and very impressed with my salesperson Cassandra. She went over and beyond to make sure that my purchase was the best fit for me. I love my recliner.

The overall atmosphere of the store was kind and inviting, I listened as employees greeted customers coming in to pay their bills by name. Alliyah has always make sure that we're very satisfied! She's helpful, patient, and always friendly. We had a huge issue about some furniture we ordered from another saleman that she totally messed up. Alliyah was on point with making sure everything was corrected, we left happy and satisfied about our purchases. Alot of the customers are wondering why she isn't a manger yet. She'll definitely make a great one.

Great service, I can tell the employees like their job. I worked with Jerard and I’m a no nonsense customer, I like to get in and out. He didn’t waste my time, everything was easy and they found everything I was looking for. When I came to pick up my furniture they loaded my van for me even though only two of them were working at the time. I’m very happy with my purchase and experience here.

Shopping online can be frustrating, and it would have been for me, but Shawn at the Durham location made the whole process awesome. Even tho I did not purchase from his store, he was still quite helpful! Thank you sir!

When entering the store Ms Rebie was the first to greet me and gave me all information on applying. She asked what I was looking for and at the time I wasn't sure but she was patient told me to look around. I found the dinette I had looked at somewhere else at a much cheaper rate. I was approved and it was a simple process

I was honestly impressed with the service I received when I went furniture shopping at Badcock. The CSR assisted me with such professionalism in an expert manner that let me know she was well-educated about all of the store's inventory. Overall, Badcock is an affordable furniture and appliance store where you will surely find what you are looking for.

Great customer service and the sales leader Jirard was able to help me navigate through what i needed and wanted. He didn't try to just sale me furniture he took his time and helped me compare styles. I recommend them highly!

Very friendly associate named Loren helped us but wasn't a pushy "vulture". Nice selection of furniture at good prices. Bought a beautiful bedroom set that was elegant and reasonably priced.

JIRARD is the MAN!! He was the same pleasant and friendly guy each time I visited the store, and ultimately helped me decide on a bedroom set that I absolutely LOVE! I'll definitely be returning for his assistance in completing my home furniture décor.

Badcock cares about their customers. Once the deliverymen accidentally damaged my floor during a delivery. As soon as I provided proof I was compensated immediately. Excellent customer service!

Do to covid-19 aka the FLU, We couldn't get the couch, chair n loveseat we wanted but did have some options n should have our stuff in a WK n lovely sales associate, can't wait to get our stuff.
