Lowe's Home Improvement

Picked up 6 new Perennials and 5 bags of red mulch from the sale they are running currently. I wasn't thrilled with the choices as a bunch of "some" of the plants were looking a little last there sell by date. Pretty nice collection in the end, to add to the garden. Busy early tomorrow with the plants and mulch before it gets too hot!
EDIT- Put down a bunch of the mulch last weekend. Need to pickup a few more plants to finish but looking great so far

I love shopping at Lowe's Home Improvement Stores.

Very easy to navigate through the store. I found a replacement bulb for my light super fast.

We had to take our sump pump back due to it quitting working. The lady at the customer service desk wasn't very helpful. She acted like she didn't want to help us. We asked for a manager. A gentleman came and told us they couldn't take it back without a return authorization number. So we asked for the number to the company. Got home and called only to find out it wasn't the correct phone number. We had to go back the next day and asked to speak to the manager of the store. He was very helpful. He went into the back of the store to talk to the person who works with the store vendors. He got us the correct phone number. We called the company and they were very nice. We had the return authorization number in a few minutes.

Quick in and out for electrical supplies.
Would have been faster If I didn't see a million things I'm sure I need.
Nice layout and plenty of checkout lines open.

Kudos to Spencer Baldwin who helped me on July 4, 2023 with weed seeder. It was the last one and dirty. Spencer cleaned and helped me with it to my car. Excellent customer service. Don't have too many people willing to go the extra miles these days, but Spencer went the extra mile. Thanks Spencer

It was tough getting getting someone knowledgeable to help me find 12" timber spikes but one associate came pulled the item up in the computer, and got a ladder and Voila' a while box of spikes just for me! Thank you my N Durham Lowe's your the best!

We bought some appliances. No wait and the person nlknew what she was doing. We were in and out with a little money left over!

Curb side needs quicker assistance sat outside 45 minutes waiting on my items

This is 6/17/23 an I went back to my pips at Lowe's, they're still great and amazing. I had Brax helping me with the door installation service and he is a jam! Thanks Brax for helping me also find the right pest control agents to use.

I always come to this location because of Ron the cashier. He is always friendly and I love talking to him! Hes always professional and knows how to build that customer relationship. He always smiles and greets me with a cheerful attitude. I think he needs more recognition for his hard work!

It's a great place to shop,my stove died and my husband and I went to Lowe's and picked out a new one,and it has all the features I need, including......AirFry,Love it!! One thing I would like Lowes to do is.....get some more motion lights for Christmas, they're my favorite,other than that I'm totally satisfied,I buy All of my plants and flowers there,customer service is great, keep up the good work!

At Wlliam Pen Plaza store, Durham, NC.
Debbie in the flooring department is excellent. Helpful, positive, knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for assistance with blinds/ window shades. I waited about an hour at the Chapel Hill store with no assistance. Debbie cut the shade had me in and out in 15 minutes. Cheerful, glad to help me. So refreshing. Thank you Debbie

Just had a great experience at Lowes N. Durham. Went to get 30 deck boards, was asked it I would like help selecting them and then was assisted in loading them in my truck. This is the most attention I have received at a Lowes EVER. Justin was a very friendly and helpful loader.

Very good experience. I haven't been to this particular Store, in a couple of years. I met a Store employee that assisted me with my tool purchase. It seems he was having a very busy day but I did listen and we did converse for a few minutes. I hope, by me listening that his day got a little less stressful, but either way I appreciated the assistance and short conversation. I wish I could remember his name, but I do remember that he was a Veteran, wearing a Lowes Veteran vest/smock. Salute to you Sir and again, I thank you.
