I have been with Home Paramount for many years and I really miss my old service technician, Vernon, who was very thorough and was excellent at his job. Unfortunately, he is no longer with Home Paramount. On my recent service visit, however, Kevin the service technician was great. He did a thorough job spraying my whole house. He was very personable and professional so much so that I have asked that he continue to service my house. Kevin was great so hopefully he can continue to be my new service technician.

I recently had the pleasure of using Paramount Pest Control for the installation of my termite prevention system, and I couldn't be more impressed. Shawn and Tevin provided outstanding customer service. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were outstanding.
The installation team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the system, taking care to explain each step of the process to me. They were knowledgeable and courteous, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my home was protected.

We have been very pleased with Home Paramount and seen a dramatic near-total reduction in unwanted indoor pests since beginning their regular quarterly service. Initial service included placement of exterior termite bait traps to protect our investment. Skilled, personable technicians have returned regularly to spray inside. Each team member has been respectful of our home, property, and pets and answered all our questions and concerns. Jordan was particularly helpful, thorough, and quick.

Customer for some time and customer service on phone have always been helpful, polite, and easy to work with my schedule. Jordon is friendly and polite every-time he comes out no matter how much my dog barks at him. Did I mention they also keep the bugs away.

Patrick is great. He is always here first thing on Mondays. Gives great notes on units that have been serviced! This is Nova Chapel Hill. Patrick services us on Mondays We Highly Recommend!!

Home Paramount is the only pest control company that I recommend. I utilize them for my house, and my rental property. I had bats in my chimney. They came and installed bat houses and chimney cap. When my chimney caps went flying off due to a ridiculous windstorm, they came and replaced them at no extra charge. I tell them of a problem that I’m having with pests and they tell solutions to my problem.

After providing service for several months now, David Spitz continues to do a very professional job every time and explains well what he is doing and how it will help control and/or eliminate pests. I will gladly recommend this service to others I know.

David the service manager started his day early just to fit me in the schedule so i wouldn’t have to wait another week until the official schedule opened up. He went above and beyond what was expected and i truly appreciate it!

My apartment complex used this company and I was nervous about my dog (she’s a rescue and not crate-trained and my complex didn’t give me enough notice to take off work). I left a note on the door, and Dave was awesome! He left a note saying the dog was fine and he even tried to give her a dog treat but she was too nervous to eat it.

Patrick comes to Lake Cameron and does good work.

My employer (apartment community) has a pest control contract with Home Paramount, so we use them very often.
We always receive excellent service from Mr. Christopher Jeffries. He in particular is responsive, professional, and was able to schedule a last minute service SO quickly. I called and the tech was on-site ready to go 10 minutes later. Because of this level of service, I’ll always recommend home paramount.

Devin and Joe came to the house and were top notch. We switched to paramount about a year ago and couldn’t be more satisfied.

David was quick and efficient and very helpful with any questions.
