I have lived out here for a while now. Amazing! Beautiful wooded community with friendly staff. It’s always Hey, hope all is going great! I have placed a few work orders in and boy, was the maintenance staff quick to respond and completed the same day! Friendly and respectful, and even played with my pups! Could not ask for a better place. Oh not to mention I easily can count 5 grocery stores, tons of restaurants, big name shopping centers and RDU right up the road. Bexley Park totally Rocks!

One of the Best places to live. Great Management and Excellent service. So many Facilities here, almost no other community has these amenities. Gym, Swimming pool, Club House, Car Wash, Walking Trail, Pet area, Electronic Locker system for packages, so many trees, lots of spacious parking place, Fresh coffee any time, close to many companies in RTP and shopping places. Just an AWESOME PLACE & AMAZING PEOPLE, one can never find any where else. You need to see it to believe it.

Bexley park Apartments in Morrisville is a great place to live. Very Convenient to work and many important places. Great front office and maintenance staff. So many amenities such as Beautiful Club house, lovely Greenery, great walk trail, car wash, Play area, pets park etc etc. There is nothing more one can ask for ! AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE IN MORRISVILLE ! New Management is very friendly and doing excellent work.

Took a tour with Tori (she’s amazing!) so knowledgeable about the complex and different units. Really helped me narrow down my apartment hunt

This is a wonderful community !!!! .I have lived here for more than 8 years. The property is managed by Ashley and her team in the office (Chris and Angela). They are very professional, positive, and always available to deal with concerns or answer questions. You have the option of online rent payment here . I am always impressed and pleased with the call center customer service when I make service requests because they are very thorough and professional. I really appreciate the hard work the maintenance teams does lead by Marcus. He and his team complete maintenance requests very quickly. The beautiful pool is open early during the summer and the clubhouse (with a business and fitness center) are accessible 24/7. I am grateful that they have valet trash pick up at Bexley Park because that reduces the pest issue. If you see a pest though they send the pest service quickly. I have had no significant problems bugs. The property is also impeccably landscaped by the company that is here weekly. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding luxury living I have experienced during the past eight plus years. It was a great move to downsize from my house and move to Bexley Park. Please keep up the fantastic service you are providing because your efforts are appreciated by many residents.

I have thoroughly enjoyed bexley. Maintenance is hastily and carefully done. The manager, I believe her name is Jessica, is always pleasant and prompt to attend to any of our needs. We love the beautiful walking paths and the spacious porches. We will definitely be renewing our lease.

Bexley Park is a mid-size apartment community nestled between a quiet greenway and nearby developments. The general appearance of the property is tidy and organized; there are also dedicated green spaces of different sizes dispersed throughout the buildings, providing nice reprieves within walking distance. The leasing staff at this location have consistently been attentive and kind; most recently, Brandon and Kayla have been highly knowledgeable and exemplified professionalism. In my opinion, they care about the welfare of the property and are regularly implementing measures not only to address residents' concerns, but also to improve the living experience. The maintenance team is also responsive and can be trusted to bring service orders to resolution, and within a timely fashion. Additionally, the property's amenities are in the process of being upgraded and renovated, and ought to provide added value to the community once completed. Bexley Park is a good community to lease at, and I recommend it for people interested in mid-to-long length residency.

I have lived at Bexley Park Apartments for well over five years. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, fair, and make you feel welcome and right at home. The maintenance staff are also friendly and responsive; whenever an issue has been raised, they are quick to respond and take care of the situation in a timely manner. The rent is fair and includes amenities, but the location and ambience are what truly set this complex apart from others. Right in the heart of RTP and nearly smack dab in between Raleigh and Durham, it's in a great spot. It's about 15 minutes from the airport which is very convenient and far enough way that the sound of planes overhead is minimal. I have experience visiting and touring a ton of other complexes in the area, and Bexley Park is unique because of the ambience. There are lots of trees, greenspaces, and lovely pathways through a wooded area in the middle of the complex where you can connect with nature right outside your door. Most other complexes in this area feel cold and industrial. Bexley Park feels like home.

Took a tour of the Apartments, Jessica was very nice and informative! There are plenty of trails, and modern amenities. The gym and clubhouse looked great and have plenty to offer. Looking forward to staying there!

I love living at this property! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and available. The front office to the maintenance team are always concerned with the residences well being and communicate constantly with the residents. The property is always kept up, the facilities are always in good working condition and if I submit a maintenance request they either come the same day or the very next day, and always with a smile on their face. The community is about 16 years old, but you cant really tell and they are constantly making improvements.

In addition, the neighborhood is SO SAFE, well Morrisville/Cary in general are. I feel safe at 5 am walking my dog all the way to 3 am if I am coming in from a late night.

I pick up mail packages often from the main office and I always feel good knowing that the staff greats me with a smile and knows me by name.

The apartments themselves are large and spacious. I have a two bed/2 bath and my bedrooms are 14x15. It is so hard to find large bedrooms in this age of modern apartments that have tiny ones that will barely hold a full sized bed and a night stand.

This is a family friendly community, lots of children and large families, mostly professionals who either work in the Triangle area or attend school nearby. With it being kid and pet friendly you would think that the neighborhood would be loud, but it is exactly the opposite. It is super quite and relaxing.

Bexley Park is the BEST Apartment community to live in the RTP area. The front office and Maintenance are EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY and are always there to listen to and resolve our concerns. The renovated club house is awesome. The Business place, Gym, Pool, Car wash and gorgeous walk trails are the best facilities we enjoy. Having lived here for more than 10 years, this is my home in every sense.

I moved in about a year ago. Any time I had a problem or request the maintenance team was very fast. I wanted a second garage and the management team was helpful and got me set up with no problem. I have yet to have any experience with anyone here that was not excellent.
The environment is very friendly and a nice place to live. I really can't think of anything negative to say about Bexley Park. Even the location is good, being across the street from a supermarket and several places to eat, and less than 10 minutes from where I work.

I have lived here for six months now and I really have no complaints at all. I was afraid when I downsized from a large house to a one bedroom apartment that I would have problems with rodents, noise, safety and maintenance requests being handled promptly. I read many many reviews before settling on Bexley Apartments in Morrisville. Before even moving in I was asked by the office to go through the apartment with a fine toothed comb and report anything I found that I was not happy with. My one request was to paint my door which seemed scratched, no doubt when the previous tenants moved out. When I did move in the door looked newly painted and I was happy. One of my concerns had been hearing through the walls and I was relieved to find that even when the dog next door barked I could barely make out the sound. That's a big deal for me. Periodically the maintenance crew comes around to upgrade or change things like filters, spraying for rodents (none at all), and HVAC maintenance (I think that's what it was). When I have put in a maintenance request (for instance carpenter bee's on my porch) it is taken care of right away. This area is definitely safe and shopping and restaurants are right across the street. My lease is up next February and hopefully I can re-up for another 14 months (this is the cheapest option for me). If the rent does not go up very much I will definitely stay. All and all, I am very satisfied with Bexley and have found the office staff very friendly as well. I thought doing a review was in order since I myself relied so heavily on the reviews I read before choosing this apartment. I hope this helps someone with their decision as well.

I toured these apartments after they were recommended by a colleague. They're a little older, but appear to have been kept up and I was impressed by the staff's knowledge of the surrounding area. Once I have a firm moving date I will definitely be submitting my application.

Great community with very responsive staff including maintenance staff. Whenever we have an issue we get a response quickly. We had an issue one time and they had a maintenance person there within 10-15 minutes. I love how they give that community vibe during the summer by having community apperication events. If you are looking for a family friendly place that tries to have your interests in mind I suggest giving this complex a try. The staff is a great perk but the location near any shopping you need to do is invaluable.

I moved here last December. I felt very welcomed. The managing team was different at the time then it was now but they keep a good group of people here and those who do leave are usually promoted because of their outstanding performance that they provide at this property. The maintenance guys are prompt in their service. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I recently moved to Bexley Park. My first impressions were great and after living here, my experience has only gotten better. Of course apartment living is going to be apartment living. The leasing staff and maintenance staff here is the main difference between this community and the communities I’ve lived at in the past. They are all fantastic!
