When my wife and I started looking for a home a few months back, we turned to Dickerson Brady and it was the best decision we have probably ever made. Being first time home buyers, we were slightly distraught by the amount of information, rules, and regulations that came with buying a home. Buck (Owner) and his team set out to make this easy for us. We were shown homes based upon OUR wants and needs. Buck would point out the details that you may not think of when walking through a home for the first time. Everything from the looks to the functionality. They don't sway you on making a decision, they simply show you the facts and let you decide from there. As Buck told us many times while looking at homes "this is going to be your house, not mine, so I'm not happy with it if you aren't". It's those things that reassure you that your not being taken on a ride to where you don't want to be. When other realtors/sellers were pushy, Buck let us take control, he just gave us the direction on how to get there.

When it came time to make an offer, Buck sat down with us to discuss everything. His recommendations when it comes to finance, inspections, etc. are completely recommendations, but you'd be a fool not to take them. Every aspect of the process was simple, clear, and most of all easy. You hear horror stories all the time about buying/selling a house, well we won't be one of those. I never felt any stress or anxiety about the purchase thanks to DBR's clear focus on making sure that we were taken care of. If there ever was a problem, I was notified, I made the decision on what we wanted to do, and DBR stepped up to fight for us. Even after closing, they were still checking up on us and informing us if there was anything we still had left standing.

This is a key example of how businesses should be run. If you want someone to take care of you and to make your home buying purchase as easy as possible, then Dickerson Brady Realty is where you need to go.
