Earlier in the year, my wife and I found ourselves in need of a commercial real estate company, and were fortunate enough to be connected with Pickett and Sprouse. They were quick, responsive, and extremely professional. After answering our initial inquiry, they promptly put is contact with the most hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly agent we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, Graham Storey. Graham set up a meeting with us almost immediately after being assigned our case and took a full inventory of everything we were looking for in a space. He answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease when it came to this intimidating industry we knew little about. He made himself readily available day and night if we had questions and was always eager to discuss new strategies. Graham helped us throughout every stage of signing our lease, from hunting down potential spaces, to conducting negotiations. Graham saw to it that we never had to handle any part of this daunting process alone, and Pickett and Sprouse made it clear that they trust their agents to deliver immaculate results to their clients.

In our particular experience, the need arose for filing permits with the town of Chapel Hill, and despite this so obviously being outside the duties typically expected of a real estate agent, Graham handled it flawlessly. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the process, but he also knew just who to call and talk to in order to get things moving, and keep them moving. He acted as a shield and protected us from getting bullied into making a bad deal by the town, landlords, and attorneys alike, and was our Wikipedia when it came to real estate.

I needed a very small office space for my business and Michele found it. It’s near where I live but also near all of my clients. Michele was not pushy on making a deal either, she showed me the space and was quick to mention that we had more options if I wasn’t happy. Receptive and helpful.

We inquired about some empty offices at Five Oaks Office Park in Durham, NC recently that are managed by this company and called to get more details. The agent, Mark E. Micol, was not helpful and was in fact, rather rude.
In addition, the next day I called and left a message (when the office was closed) and left a message for someone to call me in reference to this issue and no one bothered to call.
I consider this unfortunate set of events as unprofessional at the very least especially for a business in real estate where people skills are paramount. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
