Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Lookout Mountain West

Our room was clean and comfortable. Quiet, we all (including our dog) slept well! Breakfast was ample and tasty. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. All for a reasonable price. You couldn't ask for more!

My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga was superb. The staff's warm hospitality and efficient service made for a delightful experience. This was my second stay. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use a little TLC. The heat/AC unit worked well. Good value overall.

Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Bed and pillows were ideal. HOT shower and excellent water pressure for shower. Quiet. Highly recommend. This is my second, but not last, stay here.

Walked in at 10pm got a room immediately At a discounted rate by ordering onli'm. We had a ground floor room that was very clean and we were very pleased with the service in the establishment. Small breakfast bar with essentials.

The lobby, breakfast, staff were all great. It appeared at least half the rooms are under renovation. Our room was clean and comfortable.

For the price it gets five star. Very clean. They’ve done a lot of updates. Not new and some areas could use some improvements. But the hotel and the parking area was very clean. When I left in the morning they were sweeping not only the parking area but the driveway up to parking area.

Not where you stay if you want luxury but if you are looking for quality stay with clean quiet rooms this is the place.

I have an injury and the desk clerk was very accommodating to help me find a room I could get to easily. Everything was clean and nice.

Traveling alone and I felt very safe staying here. Loved all the lights in the parking lot!!! Rooms didn't smell and were Very clean! I would definitely stay again

Traveling to Green Bay for Sunday's game and decided to stop in Chattanooga this Days Inn was a delightful surprise very clean and so close to Downtown and many of the attractions. The staff was very pleasant and I had my first exposure to the automated pancake machine .

Beds were great. The Breakfast was terrible, packaged sausage and biscuit. Easy back oven type pancakes. Orange juice. The personal was very nice. Rooms were clean quite dated, not enough linens. The pool was nice had a fowl smell, had to take showers right away. Swimsuit smelled awful so we couldn’t go swimming again. After all this I will stay there again.

The front counter was very nice and very helpful the rooms were very clean with plenty of amenities that were needed couldn't ask for a better overnight stay just for a room I even got to use my Wyndham points and got the room discounted.

I was almost skeptical about booking to stay 3 nights here, BUT this Days Inn was Very Nice. The atmosphere was nice. It's like having a mountain view surrounded by trees and Mother Nature. Very quite, clean, and very nice management. The price was great, and the amenities were great. Minutes from many of Chattanooga attractions. Although my husband and I didn't go swimming, the indoor pool was very clean. My husband and I love nature and animals. Great get-away all together for us.

This was a well maintained hotel, As soon as you open the door you notice that house keeping is very good here, The room is clean and fresh. Thanks to everyone in house keeping for a relaxing and worry free stay.I’d also like to remind people that these house keepers have a very difficult job cleaning up these rooms. So if you arrive and your room is clean and fresh. Don’t forget to leave them a tip for a job well done. They don’t make a whole lot for cleaning up other people’s mess and they greatly appreciate when someone takes notice of all their hard work. Thanks Jeff

Second time staying there, well maintained. Comfortable beds, and super clean.

The rooms needed a bit of mantince nothing major, very clean no bugs, the ice machine & vending machine was out of order. It is in a great location with food, walmart, & even automotive parts store close by. The staff was amazing Deanna & Kyle were very patient & helpful. We were able to check in early. Our van broke down & we had 3 small children with us, they allowed us to stay in 1 of our adjoining rooms while it was being fixed after checkout. I would recommend staying here.

We wanted to go to Ruby Falls. This place was right near by. The room was great!! The staff were super Polite!!

Older property still keeping up with the newness around them. Updated lobby, updates in the room; shower, hair dryer, iron ect.
Microwave as well as fridg. The room was super clean with amazing view from the 3rd floor! Staff.... Kind and accommodating. Heated pool that was clean and being used without complaint!
Like most, I read all the reviews and was praying that the bad was long ago and corrected!
Happy to report, if you are looking for clean, quite, friendly staff, easy on the wallet with a mountain view, keeping it local is the way to go.
This is my new hidden gem that I will return to in the future!

The rooms were clean and very well taken care of. The pool was a plus for the kids. The only thing I would add is more pillows. Amazing sunset views.
