Best Western Royal Inn

The room rate was lower than average for Best Western, but the bedding and pillows were not to the same quality as most Best Westerns that I have stayed at previously.

This hotel took care of us when we found our selves stuck in the area due to car troubles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. While waiting on our vehicle to be repaired, they allowed us to stay for a few extra hours which meant a lot to us. Thank you again to the fine folk at this Best Western!

Older hotel but very clean. I've stayed there a couple times. The owner is very nice. I'll continue to stay there when in the area..

This was the best place we stayed during our vacation. The front desk lady was so sweet. The rooms were clean, showers were wonderful, and even the TV channels were on point. We didn't eat breakfast, but the layout looked good. The coffee hit the spot. This place is very close to Ruby Falls, which is the reason we chose it. No regrets at all

Front desk ladies Nadine, Flora and Cheryl were very nice. Rooms were clean and didn't have any bad odor. Multiple TV channels. The shower pressure was so good to get a great warm shower each night. The pool was nice and Lobby was clean. The breakfast was waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, bagels and pastry. There was gravy for the biscuits. Cereals and fruit was available as well. Orange juice, Apple juice and coffee.

The room was really nice and clean. Great location. The night clerk that checked us in was really friendly. We will stay again our next trip to see our grandkids.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice and refreshing. The breakfast satiated our appetites each morning. The location was close to the attractions downtown. Would stay again.

Great room for the price. We paid $76 for a double full bed (with a complimentary breakfast!) The room was clean, beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the towels were soft. There was still vacancy when we got there around 11 pm and the ladies behind the desk were very polite.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were clean. Pool was relaxing. Awesome breakfast! Was a short drive to all the places we were visiting in Chattanooga. Great value.

This was one of the best single night hotels I've stayed in. We stayed in a double bed room for under 100.00

Its walking distance to a Walmart, Logans, and gas stations. We pass thru here often when traveling to AL but we have never stayed the night. It was a last minute reservation as we came thru Georgia.

The night front desk (red head) was so great. She made sure she picked the best room for us based on parking. Super helpful and friendly. The next morning staff were also very friendly. Breakfast is over at 9:30 but after all the driving the day before we overslept and didn't make it to breakfast until 9:15 and she restocked enough to ensure our party of 4 had enough food. Most hotels have breakfast areas untidy and they certainly don't care if there is food left with 15 mins to spare. She even checked on us twice to make sure we had enough to eat and that we didn't need anything before cleaning up.

I didn't interact with Housekeeping but our room was so nice and clean. It smelled so good as opposed to a place we paid 123 a night for in AL. This room had hard wood floors that were so clean I walked from the shower to the bed barefoot. This is what I expect from a hotel. 5 out of 5 for us. In fact, we have decided that Chattanooga will be our new stop to and from AL.

Stayed here to avoid driving all night on the way home from vacation it was a nice room very clean the ac cooled the room very well great check in staff

My family was between homes for 6 days. We got rooms here with our two kids and two small dogs. I was delighted. It was clean, reasonably quiet, and inviting. Staff definitely made certain we had all of our needs met. Breakfast was free.. They even let us check out an hour late with no extra charge. Would definitely stay again.

Though the room was a little dated it was very clean. And comfy! The continental breakfast was exceptional! Sausage patties were simply irresistible. The outdoor pool looked inviting but was raining the brief time I was there. Next time.

My recent stay was so pleasant. The room was so clean, and the beds were comfortable. The girls at the desk are so helpful, never without a pleasant attitude. I loved my stay.

What a nice little motel. Nothing fancy. We just needed to lay our heads for one night and I didn't want to pay a fortune in this economy. The room was clean except the chair in the room looked mangy and dirty. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and you don't need fancy, this place is good.

Clean rooms and staff was polite. Pool was open and clean. Can walk to Logans Steakhouse and/or Walmart. Great overnight stop while traveling.

This place was not bad at all! I was a little concerned because it’s a Best Western at the rooms were clean. It was quiet, and the breakfast was actually pretty darn good!
