Red Roof Inn Chattanooga - Lookout Mountain

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and well stocked. Very quiet area. pool was clean.. Hotel over all had a welcoming atmosphere.. The lady who checked us in was very sweet., such a lovely thing she was able to bring her baby to work..!! we left early and was not able to have breakfast but glad it was as there if we wanted.

The rooms were very clean. I called ahead to request a first floor room and it was available upon arrival. Nice location, a 10 minute drive to the downtown river front. Safe parking lot. The picture of Joshua Tree in a room in Tennessee was amusing. Dog friendly, there are some grass areas along the side to walk the dog.

Nice and quiet.. Room was very clean .. Perfect for getting anywhere easily.. Food was a short walk .. Store I drove to spend more time at light then if I had just walked lol.... It's a older building that's kept up and we loved it... Will be coming back that's for sure.

These folks were super attentive! The room smelled like someone cooked on a hot plate garlic & onions.

I asked if they had some spray to spray the room they came within 10 mins and sprayed cleaner to make the room smell better.

The beds were clean, fresh towels, everything was updated/renovated to meet the standards of high quality room.

And it was quiet l slept like a baby & my daughter enjoyed the heated pool area! And no bugs!

We were pleased and the cost online was great pricing because days inn tried to charge us 165.00+ with no breakfast

This place had breakfast!
We didn’t eat the breakfast because Waffle House AND Cracker Barrel was 10 steps from the hotel you could walk & be there. We enjoyed it! Would highly recommend 💯

Very impressed with this location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, beds are comfortable and air quality excellent. I’ve stayed at 2-3 star hotels and a lot of them have a damp feeling in the rooms, but NOT here. I will stay at this location again as we are moving from Florida to Illinois and this is our half way point. Plus, they allow dogs and will need a spot that allows them during our next time through. We stayed in Room 107 as I’m not sure all the rooms have been remodeled like ours. Lastly, great location you can walk to Cracker Barrel and Waffle House just off the expressway!

I stop here every time I drive to or from New Orleans from or to Virginia since it's about 7 hours of driving and it's the halfway point.
I drive extra when I'm tired just to get to this hotel because it is so good. Clean place, good people, great breakfast, and pet friendly.
It's a great deal!

Was an absolute wonderful day everything was right in the area nothing more than 10 minutes away. I needed more towels and forgot to ask, but Did not stop them from coming to my room to give me new ones and I greatly appreciate that overall 10 out of 10 Would absolutely recommend and stay there again

At first I read one of the reviews on this place about having bugs and upon me booking last minute on a Saturday night while traveling through Chattanooga I was skeptical. I stayed in room 201 second floor no elevator . I did a thorough inspection and there were zero signs of any bugs and the room looked recently renovated very clean ! Beds were surprisingly pretty comfortable as well and showers were nice and hot ! Outside of hotel could use a little attention and main hallway could use a vacuum . Smelt like weed and Lysol but hey who cares my room was decent and clean for a good nights rest ! Front desk person was pleasant and easy to deal with as well. Enjoyed my temporary stay ! Only thing I felt negative about staying here was I felt like I paid $40 too much but when everything is booked what are you going to do …. Parking lot was well lit at night as well compared to other places around so felt safe about my car being parked outside as well ! Thanks Red Roof Inn ! I’d stay again if needed .

Have stayed here a few times already. Only problem this time was the room fridge wasn't cold enough

The Red Roof Inn at Lookout Mountain is great! Mo at the front desk made us feel welcomed immediately and she answered all my questions. She is friendly, professional, and efficient. Our room was clean and spacious. The king size bed was comfortable. The shower/tub in the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The mini fridge was a larger one which was nice for our 5-night stay. The indoor pool is well heated and clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to Waffle House and Cracker Barrel right next door, but we appreciated the free breakfast in the lobby.

THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT.... GOOD SERVICE AND HELPFUL STAFF.... POOL WAS ALWAYS CLEAN... ONLY COMPLAINT WAS NOT ENOUGH CHANNELS ON THE TV.... OVERALL GOOD PRICE WITH EVERYTHING VERY CLOSE, FROM ATTRACTIONS TO FOOD....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone that was on staff was kind & helpful. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here 4 nights after reading reviews and I must say the rooms are clean, the service is great, they even checked daily for bed turns and cleaned towels, for the price it is amazing ty 😊

Travelling for business and we decided to stay here. The Gal at the front desk was very helpful and got us the room we needed due to special needs for my wife. I must say this is the cleanest Red Roof that we have ever stayed in and the staff was by far the best. The room was super clean and it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again and again.

We loved this little place. Made initial reservation for 3 nights and stayed 4. Just right for families on a budget too. We had a non smoking handicapped room. Friendly hard working people taking care of the place. Good breakfast, nice large pool. Laundry available.

The pool was warm, Bathrooms were small but okay over all 4/5

Thought this was going to be our go to place when visiting the area. Unfortunately we had no house keeping for the entire trip. We empty our trash swept our floors using the broom and dust pan that i requested from the office along with clean towels trash bags and toilet paper. The security deposit was kept. I have called 2 or 3 times management was nasty. Left my number for owers to call me. Been 17 days have not heard from them. We checked in on 12 26 cked out on12 31 2023. I am so disappointed won't stay here again.

Me and my husband was here for the Kenneth Copeland conference. I was skeptical about staying here. Do to all the negative reviews. But we decided to find out on our own. Sometimes its hard to please people. Yes they were renovating but our room was GREAT! So what was the problem.🙄 Alexia if I spelled it correctly was a CHARM and explain about the deposit and everything else. Didn't eat breakfast cause our favorite breakfast place was walking distance Cracker Barrel😊 And Walmart and other places was very close. We received our deposit back with no problems at all. Alexia thank you so much for your great customer service and hospitality. Be back to see you again.

Location is great for surrounding eating places Waffle and Cracker Barrel next door. But snow season the hill to climb is very very steep for trucker going up or coming down . You might just slide straight into ditch coming down.If there is ice on hill, just saying be careful.
