Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga-Lookout Mtn, an IHG Hotel

We stayed with our church youth group and had a great experience! Julia was the manager on duty, and she made us feel very at home! She proactively provided everything we needed, before we even needed to ask! The rooms were clean, the lobby was a great group-friendly place to hang out, and the service definitely exceeded our expectations!

I stayed here and was very impressed for the price. This was my very first vacation so I was nervous about getting a good place to stay. Great hotel on the outskirts of Chattanooga. Convenient location avoids most of the city traffic. Walmart right around the corner. Minutes from Rock City. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast as well. Definitely coming back here if we travel to the city again.

I have never met a more friendly and accommodating hotel staff. This place was great. They offer a lovely breakfast, pool, fitness center, nice rooms, great rates, and again…..the staff are wonderful!

Rooms were clean, comfy beds, large choice of options for breakfast. Great coffee! Friendly staff.

Julia was beyond a great help as I was checking in with my family. After such a long drive, she was a smiling face ready to accommodate everything we needed! We even got the Mountain View my kids wanted!

Meghan runs a great hotel, has a great, friendly staff, all included, and this facility is spotless and comfortable! Prices are reasonable and amenities are plentiful! Love this place and would definitely recommend it to all!

From the moment I arrived, I was met with the kindest, friendliest staff. The room was clean, the bed so cozy, the sheets smelled fantastic, and the atmosphere was just pleasant & comfortable. I wish I could remember the names of all the wonderful staff I interacted with that stay. One (of many) that stood out was Erica. Such a lovely lady that works in the kitchen. I came late to breakfast, she offered me some of the food that had just been pulled, she engaged in conversation with me when I know she was busy cleaning up, and then opened the back window of the kitchen, waved and wished me a safe trip as I was leaving. My husband and I will make it a point to stop here again.

This hotel was great! We had so much fun with our kiddo. Brandon at the desk was SO helpful and kind. He got us extra towels, answered all my ridiculous questions, and did everything with a smile. The hot breakfast was great and the beds were comfy!

The location was perfectly situated for our visit - only a few minutes from Ruby Falls & Rock City and a half hour or less from Cloudland Canyon State Park and Chickamauga Battlefield National Military Park.
Though fully booked and busy, every single member of the staff we experienced (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast attendant, housekeeping supervisor, and GM) were SO kind and helpful!! The room was clean and stocked. The pool and pool area were super clean. And the breakfast buffet was the freshest and cleanest of any Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at!
I was also impressed that even though it's situated next to I24, there was zero road noise in the room!

One of the best motels I've ever stayed in! I've never been in a motel that was so clean! Staff was friendly. Pool was very clean. They actually provide you with dove shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Chattanooga.

There was an African American receptionist by the name of Tay. This kid was very outgoing, positive, helpful, smiling and enthusiastic young man. If there were 1 million more “Tays” in this world, the world would be a much better place. Thank you and I will be returning soon.

Great hotel under new management and they have improved it greatly.
We enjoyed a clean room and very comfortable bed. They have soft water in the shower and great soaps.
The breakfast was standard fare and prepared well.
The staff was friendly.
Overall a great stay.

Mariah and Mrs. Eiaine were exceptional I lost my wallet and they went looking for it everywhere they acted like it was their wallet. These two are the best and deserve metals and please Holiday Inn express. Give them the highest raise you can give them. They were amazing happy holidays if you are here at this establishment, you’re in good hands.

No surprises; no problems. Well maintained for a property next to the interstate. High water pressure in our room, which is rare these days. The check-in computers were down at check-in which created some delays getting checked-in.

Nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain, across from Chattanooga, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain is a good place to stop along a busy route out of Chattanooga. With several good restaurants nearby, it is ideal if staying in Chattanooga is not an option. The staff are friendly and professional. This wasn't a planned stop for me, but they accommodated me with a room with a view of the mountain. A good place to stay, especially if you plan to visit Lookout Mountain and the venues along the ridge.

We came for a family trip and had a great time. The rooms and breakfast were good and didn't have any issues while staying. Both Brandon and Linda were extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was made exceptional by this sweet and kind little lady, Megan, a hospitality oracle who truly understands the essence of hospitality. Her commendable skills, genuine warmth, and dedication were evident in every interaction I had with her. Megan's service was a testament to the welcoming nature of the hotel and hotel experience. She is undoubtedly a huge asset to the hotel. Kudos and thank you to Megan for making my stay unforgettable.

Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Megan was very helpful with dinner suggestions. She was very knowledgeable about everything. She should be the manager. Lynda was helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendants were great making sure everything was filled and cleaned up. Housekeeping was amazing, and friendly. It was a fantastic experience. We had a blast!

Clean room and bed comfy. Breakfast was more than to be expected and really good I had the pancakes, bacon and cinnamon roll. Staff very friend and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here after cancelling at another hotel and this place was absolutely fantastic. As soon as we walked in they were baking cookies for everyone and the two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very clean and felt extremely comfortable. When we got there our room was a little warm even with the AC on but we were on the top floor on a 100 degree day. After leaving for the rest of the day and coming back at night it was very cool in the room. I would easily recommend this room to anyone looking to stay in chattanooga.
