Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

Wound up staying here because the hotel I originally booked wouldn’t allow my service animals, even though I had called already to ask. Austin was very helpful and compassionate about our unfortunate situation and immediately got us into a pet friendly room. He went as far as checking for something he knew wasn’t there just to make sure he was meeting our needs. Staff was friendly and sweet. Our room was spacious, clean, and almost completely baby proof for our toddler so we were able to let him walk about in peace without worry. Only downside was that the air was set to its lowest setting and it was still warm in our room. Overall I have a 5 star experience and would highly recommend people stay here. :)

Jan 18,2024. Upon check in the receptionist Tina was awesome! We talked for a while. She was friendly,,respectful, and personable! The way customer service is supposed to be! Natalie was there when we checked out, she was also awesome. Greeted us with a beautiful smile, and friendliness. She was also friendly, respectful, and personable. Talked with us for a few mins. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.. We left before breakfast, but they were getting it ready.. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone!

My family recently visited Chattanooga during school break. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Upon returning home, my daughter realized she left her diamond necklace at the hotel. She contacted Tina in the front office and she was able to locate the necklace. We utilized FedEx to have her property returned. Tina packaged her necklace with extreme care and we received it on today. We are beyond grateful! Thank you to Tina, Rhonda & Jim for your kindness, professionalism, and top notch customer service.

Great place to stay for less before getting into downtown. Everyone of the staff has been very nice and the rooms are immaculate. The best part about my stay was meeting Lloyd who was running the breakfast station. You can tell he takes pride in his job and accommodates everyone coming to eat. Your the man Lloyd! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in chattanooga.

Our stay was great! The kids loved the indoor pool and it was a great way to get some energy out. The breakfast was so delicious! I have to mention Lloyd, he worked so hard and so quickly keeping fresh food out while also keeping things so clean! Someone give this man a raise! I don’t know how he kept up as well as he did but he did great. I love that this place is so easy to get to and right next to Cracker Barrel! The king suite is the way to go, we had an area for the kids with a pull out bed and their own tv, while we had our room with our tv. Great place, and I would definitely stay here again!

Pretty nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Hallways tended to have a weird smell. Very comfortable bed and a pool to relax in. Breakfast food was tasty, and the area was nice and clean. Now, $10 for 2 packs of Ramen noodles and a coke from the little convince area was a little on the ridiculous side.

Stayed here over Christmas. Staff was super helpful, room was clean, complimentary breakfast was great, all for a very reasonable price. Their loyalty program is pretty good as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Such a great place to stay. Very accommodating, nice rooms. Great location to food, Walmart, Ruby falls, chew chew dog park and much more. The pool was warm during our November stay. Austin made our stay extra special with his attention to detail and hospitality!

Enjoyed a single night stay with two rooms. The staff was very helpful in ensuring that we would be able to keep our family close together. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend Country Inn and Suites for families looking for a place to stay in the area.

Location is amazing walkable to crackbarrel just down the parking lot, and close commute to downtown. All employees very friendly and helpful Lloyd in breakfast was very proactive refilling items and very nice he had the news on which was great it seemed too quiet the other morning with tv off. Austin worked front desk and was always available for questions. Room was clean & comfortable outstanding experience

Beautiful hotel to stop for a travel night with awesome, friendly service. The front staff were so friendly, helpful, and wonderful!! We loved the room and even went to the pool and met some new friends. The indoor heated pool is wonderful. We loved the suite and if needed, the couch turned into a bed, there was a door that could be closed to give privacy to anybody such as parents and the kids could sleep in the suite. Really loved the setup, including the fridge and microwave!! Hope to stay there on the way home as well!!

We stopped in for a nights stay on our way to FL. The staff was so friendly, the room was exactly what we needed and was found to be clean and ready for us. Breakfast in the morning was good and had lots of options. The gentleman who was running the breakfast was very friendly as well and even had lots of info about fun and affordable things to do around Chattanooga.

Will definitely stay again if we're on our way through. It was easy on and off the interstate, Cracker Barrell was in walking distance for a late dinner when we arrived and check in/out was a breeze.

This hotel was fabulous. We arrived late and left early. AUSTIN at front desk could have not been more helpful! I really appreciate his helpfulness as we were toast from our travels. He was beyond helpful and went out of his way!

Everything was great..rooms were big and comfortable..The breakfast was good..just need diabetic friendly food..The only thing that I was bothered by was 7 cars had their windows busted out..I would stay here again though..

This is a very nice looking and large hotel as you pull up, very nice when you enter and the host was very professional, the rooms are nice and large. My room had a double Queen and it had a door to separate when you walk in the actual room a living room with a second TV a couch and a chair also a desk. The rooms are very well accommodated there are snacks down by the desk clerk which are available 24/7. The hot breakfast isn't perfect but you know no hot breakfast at any hotel is unless you know you're paying $10,000 a night. I was very pleased with the hotel and accommodations and also the area with many food choices. Right outside is cracker barrel and just after that is a waffle house. Those two places are within walking distance

Spur of the moment over night trip and so glad we chose this hotel! Excellent location, easy access, great proximity to some restaurants and a Walmart. The staff were amazing and made you feel right at home! The hotel was very well maintained, very clean as well. Has a nice indoor pool area, guest laundry area. Does have a nice breakfast from 7am-10am. The room we had was a King Suite, and was quite large, had two TVs a couch which also was a bed, a chair, a desk with chair in the front sitting area, a large bathroom, thermostat climate control for the whole room. A nice size closet with extra sheets and blanket. There was multiple charging ports along with plenty of regular plugs as well. The bed was comfy, the pillows did however lack a little, but everything else made up for that! Definitely somewhere we would stay again, definitely an all around great location!

Stayed to drop my son off at SLTC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Booked my next trip to stay again.

Rooms are awesome but the breakfast is a must try. I've never had a better breakfast before. Most hotels look like it's been burnt but! Not here. Food looks like it's cooked by a chef

When I called to get information about the hotel I spoke with Tra and he was absolutely fantastic. So sweet and understanding at my silly questions. Upon checking in, the evening lady was also super friendly. My mother ended up getting food poisoning from dinner so they allowed us a late check out to give her a little more time to rest before getting back on the road for another 8+ hours. They all were great with me having to bring down soiled linens from the situation, which I bagged up myself and were wonderful with providing me everything to clean it up.

Great service, clean nice rooms decent pool and workout room. Good breakfast.
