Husker Inn

This place is by far a hidden gem. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the landscape is beautiful. Do not let the word "inn" scare you this place is by far the best place I've stayed at on my vacation the past 2 weeks. Including staying at the Sheraton. Keep up the good work and if we are ever passing through, we will definitely stay here again!

Clean room with crisp sheets. Hot shower. Grounds are well kept and has security cameras. Lovely neighborhood for a walk. Service was friendly and quick. I stayed one night and couldn’t be happier with this pick. Will be back my next time through.

This is such a great little motel! Always clean and comfortable! Usually half the cost of all the other places in North Platte! We have stayed here MANY times. It's the only hotel we stay at now when we come to town. ♡ they usually have some sort of baked goodies. It really is a hidden gem! There isn't a pool or hot tub. No breakfast. But continental breakfasts are usually terrible anyway. 😆 try them out, you won't be disappointed!

I loved my stay here! The person at the front desk was so friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The whole place looked well kept and clean. No complaints from this traveler!

Very cute motel. Spotless. I’ve never been in a hotel or motel so clean. My husband’s truck wouldn’t start and the owner was kind enough to jump his car. We will definitely stay again.

Stopped here on a long road trip and it was wonderful! You can instantly tell that the owners take great pride in the Inn. It is beautifully landscaped and very clean. The front desk clerk even personally walked us to our room. Highly recommended if you are heading through North Platte!

I am not associated with the inn. On my trips, I try to stay at inns and not the chain hotels whenever I can. This is an awesome place...simple rooms, comfy beds, beautiful grounds, and reasonable prices. I'd stay again if ever in the area again.

Quaint and beautiful space. Loved the outdoor seating and plants. Room was clean and lovely. Would stay here again.

Great price for great value. The place is lovely and you have a lot of places for eating and shopping.

Great hotel! It looks old-school and I would normal be concerned to book here based on photos, never sure about old looking small motels. But decided to try it based on other reviews. I'm glad we did! This place was super cute and comfortable. The family who owns it was very, very nice! The rooms were spotless!!! Like seriously clean! The bathtub was huge and clean, so my son took a nice bath. The beds were comfy. Hotel was completely quiet. In the morning we were draining our big cooler, planning to go to buy ice and the owners told us to use the ice machine to fill it up. Very kind people and great place to stay.

Would def bring my family again. Cozy place in town, family owned motel like the old days. Clean. Cute landscaping and fountain make it inviting. Across from convenience store if you forgot anything. Felt safe. Also very affordable. They tick every box.

Note that heating/air is centrally controlled, but you can adjust vents/windows in your room. Bathroom could use a couple hooks on the wall. That’s about my only minor gripe.

No sign of the fabled muffins, but then again I didn’t ask.

The staff is so so kind! Rooms are cozy and clean. I’d love to stay again when I’m passing through.

this was such a pleasant stay. great value for money, very clean, comfortable beds, great service. the only negative is that it is a bit of a drive from the interstate, but everything else is fantastic

Wonderful motel with an amazing family running it. I called ahead to hold a room because I needed a package to be sent there ahead of my arrival. They were very accommodating. I was so impressed once I arrived. The room was super modern and spotless, and the property is absolutely adorable with its gardens, sculptures and decor. Ample parking as well. They also provide complimentary snacks, large pre-wrapped muffins, bottled water and coffee/tea in the lobby. Wish I had more time to stay!

Comfortable, clean, up to date mom and pop motel! Small room and bath but what we needed for our stopover. Liked staying in a unique motel, reminiscent of what accommodation used to be before big chains. Friendly staff- walked us to room and opened door for us! Cute outdoor decor. Nice neighborhood, close to downtown and lots of dining choices.

The cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. This should be called a boutique Motel. The grounds are immaculate and charming. The rooms feel like a bedroom in someone's home. The sheets smell wonderful! The coffee in the morning is a treat and they send you off with a generous continental breakfast if you get there by 9:30.

Our first stop was apparently full...seemed "off"..."sketch" as my kids like to say..lol
Husband was called and he found us a room at Husker Inn. Older but very nice! Flowers, fountains and "homey" touches everywhere...very peaceful.
Check in was easy and the person at the desk helpful, friendly and super nice!
Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

This little Inn was so lovely and comfortable. We don’t usually stay somewhere that’s not a chain but took a chance. We were not disappointed. It’s not fancy but the bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. We especially loved the little flower beds and patios. Don’t mis out!

The price is great, as a result I had adjusted my expectations. Pulled up in front and the first thing I noticed was beautiful landscaping, next the young man walked withe to show me where my room was. Decor very nice, room clean and comfortable. They really take pride in their property.
