Ramada by Wyndham North Platte & Sandhills Convention Center

I was traveling for 16hrs and was so exhausted. I decided to stay at the Ramada by whndham. I was sold by the cleanliness, the price and availability. The amenities where awesome, but the most impressive experience was the young lady that worked the front desk. Her name is Pam. She was so professional, kind and empathetic. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe.”, and even took the extra step to inform their restaurant on site that I was on my way to order food! Btw, Boss pizza has excellent food and service as well. I will definitely return just because of the quality and outstanding treatment from Pam! She’s amazing!!

Our stay here was pleasant. The rooms could use some TLC however the service the staff provided made up for it. Sabrina was extremely friendly and explained the amenities very well. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and great compared to similar prices hotels nearby. Very good staff, Christopher at the front desk offered great help and sorted out some complications for me with no issues! 10/10 would stay again

We arrived in the early evening on a Saturday, and there was a large wedding reception going on in the adjacent ballroom to the lobby and rooms.

Sensing my concern for a quiet peaceful stay, the front desk host Ashley made sure that we were staying in a part of the hotel where my family and I would not be affected whatsoever. However, when it comes down to it, I really do not think the ballroom affects any part of the hotel. Ashley was absolutely amazing with her hospitality and grace.

The room was modern and clean. The beds were excellent. Thick walls, did not hear a thing all night. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Best hotel ever at this price. Definitely recommend.

Very satisfied. I actually tried to look for the flaw in this place because I have not found a place for under $100 a night out on the road these days without booking ahead of time. Actually, even booking ahead of time I haven’t found one at this price in years. It’s nice and clean. There’s also a sports bar with great food that’s open until I think 2 a.m. Plenty of room to park big trucks. Thank you

Decent affordable place to stay when passing through town. I forgot something in my room, and the manager was very helpful in retrieving it and sending it to my home. Great service!

Bella in the front lobby is amazing and incredibly sweet. I arrived around midnight and the entire system was down. She was not able to see my reservations, couldn't book a new room, and couldn't even see a list of what rooms were vacant and clean. Bella remained calm and friendly and professional throughout the whole ordeal while having myself and a couple others waiting hovering around her lobby while she tried to work out a solution. After finally getting a list of vacant rooms, she ran around to check they were clean before handing the guests their keys. When I went to use my room key I was pleasantly surprised to find I had been given a room upgrade, I'm guessing because of the inconvenience of having to wait around in the lobby for a while in the middle of the night and the hotel couldn't access my reservation details. Room upgrade aside, this place has a wonderful worker named Bella and she is definitely a great asset to this facility. Thank you again Bella!

We loved our stay here. Pavan made everything so efficient and easy we didn’t want to ever leave North Platte. Thank you Pavan! He’s a keeper and made us feel so welcome here.

Check in was easy, the staff is very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. There are definitely some updates that would help, but the updates they've done are nice. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again if in the area. It was nice to walk to the restaurant & have a few drinks. Their staff is friendly as well.

From the Manager, Chris Cayce, to the Desk Receptionist, Fay, we were happy with our stay. Fay was like talking to your sister. Nothing was unimportant or a bother to fix or get for us. Finding a bottle opener was a mission to overcome, just because it was something we asked about. Several trips to the desk for information was greeted with the best results any guest could ask for. Good job, Fay, and Chris!!!

The staff was very friendly. I had not planned to spend the night, however my trip was short notice. When I called the hotel to ask about accommodations for the night, and price the desk clerk told me a higher price that what was on the website, when I questioned her about the price difference she (in a very friendly and polite voice) she informed me they would do the price once I provided the the website. I drove to the hotel, showed the price in the website. Emily rented the room to me for the website price. The room was very clean and quiet. Great job everyone😀

Bed was awesome and the suite was huge and very clean. LOVED staying here and will be staying here again next trip!

Awesome service! My room was very clean and spacious! Front desk attendants were very nice. Breakfast was pretty good with buffet set-up of goodies. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to the manager Christopher for working with me and letting me have a late check-out. Overall I would recommend the Ramada in North Platte to anyone!!!!!A+

So, I came in assuming my wife had made the reservation. She hadn’t (she’s still awesome though). The guy at the desk patiently helped me and let me know how to get the best price. The room was clean and safe. Then in the morning while eating breakfast (which was quite good compared to other hotel meals I’ve had) a new staff member arrived and she gave me the happiest “Good Morning” I have had in a long while. Made my day. Thanks.

I don't know why people leave such petty reviews for the most minor things. This is an older hotel that has been updated for the most part. The room was clean and updated. The tub and surround wasn't but the shower head was new with good water pressure. Signs at check in state no cleaning for stay overs. Just ask. They'll give you anything you need. The entire staff was friendly, very helpful, and you could tell that the maintenance and housekeeping staff were working their butts off. Front desk was phenomenal as well. The pool and spa, if you had bothered to ask, are being updated and repainted for a better experience. It is under a recent ownership change and from what I could tell, since we were there all week while our semi truck was being repaired, improvements are being made. Breakfast was good and there is 24/7 coffee.

Best place in North Platte! Pavan, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are amazing and clean.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! First of all Alisha and I think her name was Pam checked me in and they were so friendly and helpful! My room was amazing! And then to finish it off yummy breakfast fit for a king ...omelets to order cooked right in front of you soooo good! I'll definitely stay here again! And recommend to everyone I talk to thank you
