Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott North Platte

OMG....the most comfortable bed in the 12 days we've been on this trip. Great check-in, delicious continental breakfast.
3 restaurants within walking distance. Coffee in the lobby all the time. Great grounds with plenty of walkable, well lit areas for the dogs to use.
Will definitely be back

The staff at the Fairfield North Platte was so wonderful, which can make or break a stay and they made it for us! Bobbi Jo and Nick were so gracious helping us get into a room last minute when weather disrupted our travel plans. They were kind and helped us bring some humor to our stressful evening. I can’t thank them enough!!

Very comfortable beds and pillow choices for a much needed rest! Maya was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast starting at 6 a.m. included plenty of delicious coffee. Well maintained and managed hotel!

Clean and Beautiful rooms. Highly recommend if that is what you're looking for. Also conveniently close to food and freeway.

Marriott Brand has never let me down in quality, cleanliness, and comfort.

One issue with location is that you can hear the highway at night.

Quick and easy check in, plenty of luggage carts. Clean and modern and functional facilities and amenities. Safe parking, plenty of food options in walking distance. Breakfast reliable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Comfy beds. Solid wifi. Zero complaints.

Just a quick stay but online check in and checkout was very quick and painless. Even better than some of the higher end Marriott hotels.

Nice clean modern hotel with hot breakfast, pool, hot tub & a nice exercise room.

Stopped for night because of weather. Front counter person was awesome she was friendly and got us a room on first floor so we didn't have to navigate around. Breakfast was good. Finding the entrance in snow well good thing I had a truck because we ended up going through a parking lot like 3 other people.

Right off I-80 well located for tired travelers. Very welcoming and helpful. The new mattresses were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. We will definitely stop again.

I'm out in Western Nebraska at least once a month for work. I've been staying at this property for several years now. The place is well kept, has comfortable beds and a decent complimentary breakfast selection for the price. The staff are very friendly and always make me feel right at home when I'm there. The only complaint I've ever had at this property is the internet speeds. Having said that, I can only imagine that there just aren't many good options available for a small town like North Platte. Overall, I really enjoy my stays here and would definitely recommend it.

This was a stopover on a very long trip. We were greeted by a friendly staff and given our room. The hotel and grounds are very clean and in great condition .Our stay was quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because the customer service was exceptional. I spoke with Cassandra over the phone and she brought the price of our room down by $20 and I didn't even have to ask. My family slept in a suite with 2 queens and the room was very clean and spacious. I used the gym once and they have a good set of dumbbells. The pool is small and underwhelming. Breakfast was decent. Not the best I've had, but certainly not the worst. I'd give them 4 stars if it wasn't for Cassandra, but she bumps them to 5!

Super clean and nice establishment! We got a room with a king bed and a pack-n-play for our toddler. Great room, and has a thermostat that you can change. Bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast was great! They serve you breakfast, due to COVID, but there was a nice selection: apples, bananas, scrambled eggs, bacon, blueberry muffins (packaged), yogurt - really great selection! Staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: came here again, and it's still great!!! We will definitely stop here again next time we're coming through North Platte.

Marriott's are always the best. Only negative would be the extremely heavy room doors that most patrons just let slam. People hold the door and shut gently.

Pristeen clean 3 year old property. Nice pool, and hot tub. Friendly, helpful staff. Full Breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh assortment of bagels and breads, etc. which was most appreciated. Most importantly comfortable beds. I slept in an extra hour as it felt like home.

Rooms were clean and neat. Best of all, they still had a full hot breakfast. They set up a table barricade in front of the kitchen where two employees took orders. Everyone was socially distant and precautions were in place. Most other hotels resorted to granola bars and muffins but this one made proper adjustments to have the standard Fairfield inn breakfast safely. Kudos!

Perfect place to stop off on the drive through to Colorado. Had a storm coming through when we were there which was fun to watch.

I checked in online and was handed my keys when I arrived. It was one of the fastest front desk check-ins I've ever done. The room was cozy and clean and well appointed for our short stay. 10/10 would stay again.
