Thank you Hampton Balloon for making my daughters baby shower extra special. The garland was incredible and matched the table setting perfectly !!!! The cookie favors were also a huge hit !!! Can not wait to see what you can do for our little ones 1st bday ( yes we are already planning it lol). Thank you again !

They were great for my sisters bachelorette party! They worked within our price point to bring our vision to life. They delivered on time and the ballon’s held up for all weekend and looked beautiful.

The worst experience of my life. My friends and I wanted to surprise a dear friend with some balloons. I came across Hampton Balloon through google. We took the birthday girl for a ride to town while they decorated. Once we got back (2 hrs after they left) the balloons were deflated and one out of three water balloons did not function. We tried reaching out to possibly have them fix it but did not receive a response. When we asked for a refund the owner called and was extremely rude blaming the weather. The weather was great, we had to send screenshot and make videos to tell her and still received no answer. The decorations cost us over $1,500. It was a disappointment and ruined the whole surprise. Don’t make the same mistake we did. HOLD ON LET ME UPLOAD THE BALLONS FROM THURSDAY— honestly if I can give a zero I probably would. No wonder the YELP page have about 7 reviews stating this place is horrible. Be careful everyone I’d suggest using PartyCity. Or just head over to Yelp for more reviews about the horrible job they do

Ordered 30 balloons for my twins’ first birthday party. Received TWO confirmation emails stating the balloons would be ready for pickup between 10:15 and 10:30 this morning. (One from Mimi and another from Sandy)
Arrived at 10:15 to find the store CLOSED, lights off, door locked and ‘closed’ sign placed on the front door.
Called the number, no answer. Wrote an email, no response.
I’m baffled by the incompetence at this establishment.
Waiting outside the store for 15 minutes, I read some of the reviews and the defiant rebuttals from the owner. Seems she has an answer for everything….
Well, the party, and the need for the balloons has come and gone, and we’ve received no communication (and no balloons)

To put it simply - If you need balloons, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You might actually get what your ordered.

I was referred to Hampton Balloons by Capri Southampton and I am completely dissatisfied with the product they produced which I paid $271.56 for. 2 table topiaries each with an 18" "50th Birthday" mylar at the top with 2 rows of balloons and 1 "5","0" in 40" megaloons. Total RIPOFF!!!!!!! Balloons delivered on 7/10 between 4-6pm per HB. Unknown actual time.. Party was at 7pm for my wife's 50th Birthday Party. AT 7:32PM balloons where already deflating and looked like they were 5 days old. See pictures. Waiting to here back from Hampton Balloons if I ever do for refund. It was soo bad. I am still shaking my head how people do business like this.
7/13/2021 Just heard back from Sandy...

I am so sorry, the mylars absolutely did not look that way when they left our shop (they actually looked like they "popped" or ripped a seam somewhere they were so deflated).

I will absolutely refund you for the "50" megaloon numbers, which was $70. My apologies, I did speak with my driver and he said they did not look that way when dropped off (obviously if they did, Capri never would have accepted them) and I can't imagine what could have happened.

Nevertheless, we will issue you the refund, you should see it in 3-5 business days and we do hope they enjoyed the table centerpieces and her birthday.

What was the driver going to do...??? They don't care. He/She is not paying for the balloons. But thank you for the credit. Buyer beware!!!

Over priced and they take advantage - $108 for 4 balloons !!! Totally not okay !!! Never again
