Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

This place was such a pleasant surprise. From the beginning, the staff members were pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient for access to town and the freeway but far enough away to be quiet. It's a safe neighborhood with no worries about crime. The room (105, 9-5-24) was clean and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. And breakfast was among the best I've seen at a hotel. This was unusual in that they used sterno pots to keep the hot food hot. This was in addition to doing all the things that hotels should be doing - making sure all food selections are well-stocked and keeping the dining area exceptionally clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony with a table and chairs to relax on,. The pool was clean and nice. Open 24 hours so you can decide what time is best for you. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of items to choose from.
Something for everyone. Hot, cold, fresh yogurt.
The beds were comfortable and the pillows nice!

We stayed here twice during our trip from Colorado to Iowa and back. Both stays were wonderful. From the front desk staff to the breakfast crew and housekeeping we were very pleased. This was a family trip and our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast selection. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! The staff is always very nice and the breakfast has been amazing every time we have been there. We come to town a few times a year and honestly look forward to staying here. Easy location, right off the highway. 24-hour pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The beds are very comfortable. Hotel very clean. They offer breakfast. I'm definitely staying here again if i am looking for a place to stay in Nebraska. Also pet friendly.

Easy to get to. Really friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best offered at a hotel that we've seen. Rooms were clean and bug free. It was quiet & sufficiently dark in the room for sleeping. I would recommend adding bug proof mattress protectors simply for added protection & client peace of mind.

Super big and luxurious hotel! Very reasonable. Huge pet walking area. Front desk person Yvonne was very nice and talkative. I had a king size bedroom, which was kind of small but beautifully appointed. I did not like the bathroom fan which should have been on a separate switch than the light. It was noisy.
K-cup coffee maker was a plus. Very reasonable rate with military and rewards club discounts. Plenty of nearby, restaurants, and fast food. I was very pleased to find a super suds car wash nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

On a road trip! Went to one BW and saw this one the next day and we thought, "why not?" Since our first experience was good. Breakfast selection was honestly pretty good and it switches slightly daily. Room was beautiful. Service was great especially as we came in late simply hoping a room would be open. The stag was great. Thank you :)

We had 2 kids (1 and 9) and an infant and a suite with a king bed, queen, and pull out couch. After staying in a Best Western Plus in Miami that was incredible, I’m so glad I gave this one a shot. Pool was ok, hot tub small, but another family finally let us have a dip in it. I did call down asking for a blanket for sofa bed and did end up having to go get it myself after bathing all my kids and that was OK. Apparently night staff were late to show up I was told and they forgot my room #. We are all human after all. Quite a few things under sofa bed, could use some vacuuming from time to time but overall room was VERY CLEAN. Trucks and bikes were loud until about midnight, but once midnight hit it was pretty quiet. The latches on the door are extremely loud which was a downside. They have an instant espresso machine in the breakfast area which was AMAZING. Breakfast was omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal bar, pancakes and waffles and fruit. It was superb. Would stay here again, especially if we could get a suite or room on the other side of the building where there is less noise.

Very friendly desk staff and room was very clean. A safe and convenient location off the I-80. Perfect stop along our cross country trip. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns I’ve stayed in. Very great vibe. Breakfast is great. Nice pool and hot tub. Room was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a hotel room here last minute after a horrible experience with another hotel. They were so nice, the hotel was clean and calm and it was a breath of fresh air after leaving the other hotel. The staff was on top of everything and we weren't worried about safety concerns and we had no noise complaints. We will be staying here again. Cannot say enough about how great the staff here is!

The hotel staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly and very helpful. The cleaning crew girls were awesome also, so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great, rooms were very roomy and very clean.

We had a great overnight. They had great green space for our dog. Breakfast was good. Nice, clean hotel!

We were in North Platte for a funeral and stayed at this Best Western Plus. It was a very comfortable hotel and the handicap room was most convenient. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We took advantage of the wonderful breakfast...which had a complete variety of items. There was something for everyone and the food was good. We would recommend this hotel.

One of the best BW hotels we stayed at on our recent trip. Friend staff, clean rooms, highly recommend this location. We enjoyed NP, especially the older downtown area.

Best Western is my go to place for hotels - this location was easy to get to and seemed like it was either newer or newly renovated. Would recommend to family and friends.
