Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Platte, an IHG Hotel

Room was spacious, clean and stocked. Hot tub and pool area were functioning and clean and the perfect temperature. Hotel lobby and community area was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We had a good nights sleep, the stay was quiet and easy on & off freeway access. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff was not exactly happy or friendly but wasn’t rude. Would stay here again 10months of 10.

Nicest cleanest Holiday Inn I’ve been in! Helpful cheerful staff. Breakfast crew was super friendly. Great breakfast. Offered gf Udis bagels. Three different eggs and breakfast meats. Night Host was friendly and chatty at the free happy hour of wines, veggies and chips. Great sheets and comfy beds. Great pool and spa. All around great stay.

I stayed here a few nights for work and thought it was a great place to stay and great value. The room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options and the breakfast staff were very friendly and cheerful. To top it off, they have a great happy hour with a good selection of snacks and beverages to choose from. One could get full just eating from this happy hour! I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I stay at 5 star hotels, all over the country and all over the world, and this hotel was spotless, breakfast was just awesome and ALL of the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommend if you are passing through or for whatever you need a hotel in this area for.

Most part it was great, room was clean smelled kinda of musty maybe wet carpet. Room was clean. FD checked us in and they were friendly. Breakfast was good staff couldn't keep up on the demand of people and not very friendly. Maybe not let guests use the public laundry 24/7 we were right next to it and could hear the dryer while trying to sleep.

Room was very clean, staff was very polite and welcoming (even despite the fact we checked in at like 3a), and lots of food options nearby. Overall very enjoyable stay (even though it was only for one night).

We loved having the bunk-bed suite for our two kids (4 and 2)! It was so nice to put the kids to bed in a separate little nook and not have to sit in the dark quietly staring at my phone until I was ready for bed. I wish every Holiday Inn had this option!

And shout-out to the breakfast crew! They were fun people and served up the best continental breakfast I've ever had!

At first we were disappointed that our room was next to the elevator, but this was offset by the size of our room - it was huge! We never heard the elevator, or anything else, this was a very quiet room. The very friendly staff was amazing, they even had a complimentary happy hour with snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the best! We will be staying here again!

All the staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was really good with lots of options and the hot tub was so relaxing!

This is a great hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had a problem with our TV remote working and the front desk staff offered to run one up to us right away. The pool was a “normal” hotel pool but it was clean and the water was a good temp. I would 100% return here, and probably will next time I am passing through North Platte. Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect! We booked the king suite with the kids bunk room and it provided the perfect space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. Clean hotel, indoor pool (open 24/7), tasty hot breakfast. Located just off I-80 it's convenient as an ultimate destination and passing through.

Beautiful hotel at a great price! The guy who checked us in was so nice and helpful. He recommended a couple local restaurants for dinner. Room was very clean. It's a gorgeous location. Breakfast was wonderful! Room had microwave and coffeemaker and Fridge.

The king + bunk suites was perfect. Best hotel we've stayed at this whole trip. Breakfast was the best quality of all the hotels as well.

THEE only negative was the hot tub was scalding and the chlorine level was brutal. Tame that down and this will be the perfect stay.

Just passing through traveling home and grabbed a room for the night, close to the highway, clean rooms, hot tub open 24/7 and the breakfast service was amazing. The ladies were beyond accommodating. They single handedly will be the reason I stay at Holiday Inn Express' moving forward. They made sure everyone got what they wanted, everything was clean, taking plates from guest when done, etc. Well done ladies, we appreciated you so so much!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Arriving late last night, staff was ready and waiting. Check in was super quick. This morning, breakfast was incredible. There were two staff members who consistently kept everything full, walked around and checked on people, and pre-bussed tables. It was like a restaurant experience that you don't often get nowadays. What a refreshing experience! Thank you, Holiday Inn!

Over night stay to Chicago from Colorado. Clean, modern, comfortable. 24 hour Pool and Hot tub. Breakfast included. Not bad for the price. Affordable and nice hotel.

We stopped here for a quick stay while traveling from Illinois to Colorado. I like the cleanliness and large rooms at HIE hotels. Staff was friendly and kind. Continental breakfast had many options.

Complimentary breakfast selection was amazing- machine to fresh make pancake, various types of eggs and sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and many drink options, as well as fruit and cereal. Everything stocked and the staff was very nice. The rest of the hotel was nice (late night check in smooth, bed comfortable) but the breakfast stood out. Only cons: hot tub out and TV skipped a bit when watching a movie on cable.

This is the BEST breakfast you will find at a Hotel. Freshly cooked real bacon. Many egg options. Biscuits and Gravy. Pancakes and sausage. Yogurt and cereal. Coffee and Dessert bar. Plus so much more. We were very impressed with the breakfast and the staff running the breakfast area. The staff were constantly cleaning surfaces, tables, and keeping the food options filled and refreshed. All with friendly faces and good conversation.

During our stay we had some cleanliness concerns with our room. The front desk addresses this instantly. They were professional, understanding, and compassionate about the situation. We will be back through on our road trip adventures.
