Cybert Pc

I purchased new Lenovo Laptop. Individuals with whom I spoke with were very helpful in selecting the one that best met my needs. They had plenty of opportunities to sell me things I did not need, but did not do so. As part of the purchase they assisted me in downloading from my existing Microsoft account Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Then they helped me link my Google account with Microsoft and merged emails on my phone. Then they assisted me in downloading my photos from my iphone and from the Icloud. After spending all this time with helping me at no additional charge, they encouraged me to contact them with any additional questions! Amazing customer service that is so hard to find these days! I am so grateful for all of the help received...saved me so much time and stress!

They are extremely helpful. Figured out my problems twice

Have had these guys work on my computer a few times. I feel that they always do a wonderful job. I would recommend them for sure! And the convenience of not have to drive 60+ miles just to have a computer fixed!
Any time I have called Cybert PC for a question I may have, they are very honest with their answers. Sometimes they can help you over the phone, other times you might have to bring your unit in. Either way - these guys are great and I love having them around :)

I needed a new laptop. We went to Cybert PC in Askov, MN. My dad suggested them as he had been there a number of times to either get his desktop computer fixed and laptop replaced.
James helped us and was absolutely fabulous as he was computer savvy, polite and made sure I had what I needed!! I'd HIGHLY recommend Cybert PC!

Small town proud is exactly what they should be. Sam always takes the time to answer questions make suggestions never push. And when you live in a small town area like askov Minnesota it's not hard to manipulate people who are not technologically savvy. I like the Cyber PC strictly because they have good Integrity with them for their customer.
