Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Clean, convenient, very welcoming of our service dog, nice staff, lots of pillows on the bed, comfortable bed, great darkening curtains.
We were a little worried about the highway noise w our room facing the freeway, but one of the curtains completely canceled all of it like a soundproof barrier!
Also there is like an abandoned golf course behind the pet area and back parking lot that we used to walk our pup and stretch our legs before getting back on the road. Nice!
Wasn’t too impressed w food choices in N Platte but that’s not the hotel’s problem.

Great Hotel! Clean building & rooms! Personnel was great! Fair price! Nice gym & pool! Secure doors! We travel a lot, my husband drives a semi & we stop about once every 10 days for a reset in whichever state we happen to be in. Hotel states pet friendly also & I gotta say there was zero signs of any animals- as in the hotel is clean! You can also park your tractor here. There’s a loves right down the road you can drop your trailer off at. Perfect area. Restaurants. Shopping. Walmart, ect. We will definitely be back next time we’re stopped here in Platte:) Thanks for the great service! The girl at front desk was pretty amazing also, I wish I would’ve gotten her name. We were here between 11/10/23-11/12/23, she was there the night on the 11th, idk if that helps, but she should be acknowledged:)

The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. We brought a black light flashlight to scoured the whole room. Only spot was on the wall above the light switch. Comfortable beds, nice tvs, clean bathrooms. My only complaint is the towels could be softer. They are a little rough but I'm sure its because they are washed in bleach. The breakfast was wonderful. A little cramp though. They could used a slightly bigger self-serve area. The pool was nice and cool since it was well over 100°F that day. They might want to send a janitor down there a little more often. It appears rude guests decided to leave dirty towels on the floor and in the pool. Over all I am very pleased with my stay and hope to visit again soon!

This location is wonderful! Right off the freeway, easy to get to. We brought our dogs and there is plenty of green space for them to sniff. While there were a lot of “presents” left by other dogs, I fully blame the owners for not cleaning up after them, not the hotel itself.

The rooms were clean, smelled good, and were really nice! We were happy to pay a little more in dog fees to be able to have them with us in such a great space. And the service we received was amazing! Rhonda at the front desk was kind, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience.

Impeccable! The room was incredibly clean, and the front desk personnel were spectacular! Impressive breakfast the following morning for guests! The amenities were top-notch with a pool and hot tub available! The exercise and weight room weren't utilized, but it looked extremely nice! There was nothing out of place! The hotel was decorated nicely and felt "inviting!" There's plenty of places to deliver food or eat nearby! Request a room facing the rear of the hotel so you can overlook the river running behind it! Picture perfect! 📸 We chose this hotel over the others in town, not knowing what to expect! We were happy we did! It couldn't have been any better!

Super awesome hotel! The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful! She really wanted to pet our dog, so we stopped by so Kelly could make a new friend. She also let the kids swim 30 minutes after the closing time! She went above and beyond to be hospitable! One of the best hotels to stay in North Platte!

I stopped here with my 2 dogs. I asked for a first-floor room and the nice lady found me one.
The bed was very comfy, room was clean. I asked the lady at front desk for an extra blanket and she was kind enough to get me one. Breakfast was nice too. Not hot Breakfast, It had pastries and coffee.

They truly care and are the most caring staff I've come across anywhere. I've stayed there twice, where I left something behind, and they went out of their way to return my lost item.

Cleanest pet friendly hotel I have ever been to. If I wouldn't have seen the puppers with my own eyes I would never have thought it allowed pets. We'll be back with our good girl. Comfy beds, pool and hot tub.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is easy to get to from I-80. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. The only hiccup was the sofa bed. Six of us stayed in a queen suite. Only the right 2 cushions form the width of the pull out bed. It might fit two 9 year olds, but our crew was bigger than that. The couch cushions made an acceptable solution with some blankets we had in the car.

A newer hotel that is very clean. The service was great and very personable. We asked for a recommendation of dining establishments and they recommended a new location down the road (see Capone's Restaurant review). The room had plenty of outlets and even 2 usb ports by the desk. A very comfortable bed and good thermostat in the room. The only ding was a lack of bathroom nightlight. I will definitely stay again.

09/25/23 - A newer hotel (stayed in 2022) and is still very nice. The room has little issues like the shower door not wanting to stay closed and a bulb issue. In all though not ant serious issues. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I now carry a night light on vacation.

I can't say enough! Awesome, Amazing, Fabulous, Wonderful experience... starting from the minute I walked through the door I was treated like royalty the stunningly beautiful woman at the front desk...Michelle ... greeted me and made me feel comfortable and she knows her stuff got all my questions answered... my room was so awesome... it was the cleanest room I've stayed in for a long time... had everything I could possibly need bed was like a cloud ... seriously go here it is by far the best everything! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who helped me! Especially Michelle... top notch!

Breakfast was something to be desired scrambled eggs we're overdone bacon wasn't done enough could have been a little better

A good reliable experience. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was standard hotel stuff. Location convenient right off the interstate. Service not exceptionally efficient but certainly acceptable. I'd go back if in the area again.

Excellent hotel to pull off the road or to stay for a few days if needed. Perfect to work if you need to work remotely.. best internet by far I’ve had for zoom calls in area. Friendly staff and clean modern rooms. Extremely happy to be “stuck” here working for the week before I travel on! Thank you for your great location!!

7-26-23: This hotel was great! The rooms and facilities were very clean. Rates were competitive and the breakfast was better Than most other hotels. Front desk ladies were very helpful and kind 5/5!

Best place to stop for a rest after being stranded on I-80 for 3 hours with 2 flats! Situated on a road with several other hotels, Comfort Inn is in a relatively easy to get to location. The staff were incredibly kind and comforting, especially given the stressful reality of our day!

We stayed in room 404. It was the best suite we have ever stayed in. Super huge room! The sofa bed was pre-made which was really nice. Super clean room. My kiddos were able to walk around and have space to play. Definitely the best family sized hotel room we've ever stayed in.

This was a very clean and friendly hotel. The gal at check-in gave us a sheet of area restaurants that were all within 7 minutes. And when asked, circled all locally owned. Very helpful to us!
Great breakfast! Tables were cleaned after each guest left area. Much appreciated this!
