An amazing PA and amazing person. He makes me feel comfortable to be 100% honest with him and reacts/converses with nothing but respect and care for my well being. I joke with him that he’s my best friend, which gives him a good laugh.

Dave actualy cares about ALL his patients :) i wish there were more like him in the industry

Really loved his advice, very down to earth, and glad I found him as my new doctor.

I've been a patient of D. Finnigan, at OSF clinic in Rockton for a few years. It CLEARY states to put in a request for refills 3 to 5 days before your prescription to ensure it gets called in which I always do. I have never had my meds called in on same day as my request until this month. I got a response that very day saying they called it in. To be clear, that has never happened. So again I called my pharmacy to see if it's been called in as the label on the bottle CLEARLY STATED how many per day and this was a 20 day supply. When I called the office, the secretary said ' oh you're the one. Taken aback I asked 'what do you mean? ) she said 'I've heard about you! '. I asked again what does that mean you heard my name around the office! She just kept saying 'oh nothing! When the nurse Jamie got on the phone, she started out the conversation with downgrading and berating me saying ' DON'T GO BY THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE, THAT IS A 30 day supply however the instructions say take 2 per day. As she's raising her voice to me about it being a 30 day supply disregarding the instructions put on the bottle. I was ALWAYS told by other Dr's and pharmacies to READ AND GO BY THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE! I WAS TALKED TO SO VERY RUDLY BY NURSE JAMIE. IVE never been so humiliated by not only this nurse but by everyone in the clinic including staff, patients in the waiting room but by the whole office. This is the OSF clinicin in Rockton across from Walmart. I want ppl to know this before you decide to be treated there. My attorney said it's a clear case of character assignation and deformed of character. PLEASE BE WARNED OF THIS NURSE JAMIE. SHE OBVIOUSLY IS IN THE WRONG ABOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE. I think my Attorney will be seeking charges!!

Dude deserves 0 stars however 5 stars on being a narcissist. His staff is even worse. Do not use this office FOR ANYTHING unless you’d like your life ruined. Gaslighting runs strong at Rockton OSF ❤😘

After being started on a new medication that was causing significant problems for me. I tried to reach Dave at the clinic and left more than 7 messages over a span of 3 days with. I return calls or communication. The reactions to the medication were of grave seriousness and Dave apparently felt no regard or respect for me as a person or patient to speak with me.
