This place is awesome they gave me a beautiful cut of brisket! I cooked it and we had one of the all time best family Christmas dinners ever! The staff was so helpful and bright personalities as well! Thank you for the great service! Did I mention this was my first time cooking a brisket!!! You truly made our Christmas stand out!

Wonderful staff! Helped me get the perfect weight of meat that I needed for a recipe. I'm thinking my days of Walmart meats are at an end. Looking around the very clean and tidy store showed that their meat prices are only slightly higher than Walmart, and I'm betting their quality of beef, pork, chicken and fish is going to be much better. They have bundle package that appear to be reasonably priced. I'm not sure if you can make any substitutions to any of the bundles or if you can build a bundle. All in all a wonderful experience and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a specific cut of meat and/or a specific weight to stop in. I do know they don't have a butcher available to cut meat on the weekends, so make sure you stop in during the week for your specific needs.

I'm so happy this place is back. It's perhaps the only place in S/RF to get thick quality steaks. There a bunch of extras here, like frozen homemade pies. You can't find those in town since Beelendorf's closed. This is a great find and a great shopping experience if you want to waste an hour.

Great selection of steaks, roast, cheeses, sausages and even a few lunch meats. Even though the prices might be a little higher you can actually see what your buying and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff makes it easier to understand what your buying. Will for sure be back.

Great meat fair price, Amanda was friendly and professional. The briskit was off the chain. I knew I had a great cut when I could touch both ends together.
Once I smoked it 18 hours a 90 year old could have chewed it. Once again thank you for the perfect briskit.

First visit at busy time. Friendly, very helpful service. Ribeye, Strip and filet cuts all very tasty. I saw many customers buying prime rib roasts that seemed like repeat customers so I'm guessing those must be good also.

My husband was thrilled when I accidentally purchased The Butcher Shop's steak box instead of having gotten the Summer Bundle Box (that I'D FULLY INTENDED to buy), as he found such impressive quality looking varieties of types as he looked over them all,salivating over his new found luck! Hubby was equally impressed with the flavor after he grilled them outdoors! Thanks Butcher Shop!

Excellent meats and other side for your next meal. Fair prices for the quality. Real butcher shops like this are hard to find. Definitely recommend this as it's an asset to our area!

Their sirloin strip steaks are the best I’ve had anywhere around here. They gave us a free pie to go with it that was amazing. We will definitely be back. Wonderful
