I have been going here for an acrylic overlay manicure for the past 3 years or so, and I get a pedicure about once a month. There has been a change in management and staff over the last year or 18 months, which has brought improvements. The staff is friendly and skilled, and I know from hearing them take calls for appointments that there are many loyal customers that come regularly and make appointments with particular staff members. My nail technician (Jany) does great work, is super-friendly and fun to talk to, and often comes up with fun designs for my nails. I am always satisfied with the service I receive there and intend to keep coming back. Prices are reasonable. I spend about $35-40 per manicure and the same for a basic pedicure.

Had appointment for 4 pedicures at 9 am. When we got there, 4 technicians were ready to go! They were so thorough with nail trimming, painting, massage and especially customer service! Very impressive!

This is THE place to go around loves park area... got 3 of us in within minutes of calling. All 3 of us got pedis and Manis.... they were so relaxing and they took their time! Was having a horrible day after the hair salon botched my should-have-been-easy color job. This place turned it right around. Very friendly and attentive staff, was immediately welcomed. Got pedicure going and had foil placed on fingers to immediately start dissolving the gel polish for the manicure following. Awesome nail artist, very creative and happy to accommodate.

I found this place because I was in the area, I live about an hour away from Loves Park. I have to say I am very glad I came here. I’m always scared to try new nail places but I’m happy I found Pamper Me Nail Spa. They were very friendly, helpful and the space is clean.

These ladies do great work I’m a regular never an issue. This place is beautiful and clean. The prices are generous and the work is amazing.

The customer service was top notch. I live right over the border. My mom was having surgery at the hospital and I needed a pedicure and needed to kill some time. I called and there was no wait for a pedicure. The pedicure was one of the best I've had in a long time. I got the volcano pedicure. My service was top notch. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be back and this is my new go to pedicure spot due to the most amazing customer service and attention to detail. I loved the paraffin wax and the hot stone massage was amazing.

I have never had a problem of the nail popping off and the nail isn't thick it looks natural.
