Came from Arizona to find an original store, wasn't disappointed ! Good food and service

Food was hot and fresh. Except the coleslaw, it was cold and fresh! Everything was just as you would expect at a Long Johns. Kudos to the staff, great job 👍👍

Hot and delicious. People assembling can't listen when you say no hush puppies...they shouldn't put in your meal.

This location is exactly how i remember it from when i was a kid!! The fish was fried fresh for us as were the hushpuppies and so many crunchies! Loved it!

We just went here again last week. I've always liked going here. However I feel I have to update their rating. I'm not sure who the manager is there but she's phenomenal. She came over to our table three times to check on us. She was pleasant and was going around cleaning and talking to the other customers. You don't usually see managers do that. We'll definitely be going here more often. So I decided to change their review from 4 stars to 5 stars.

I love this place,there's a lady worker her name is angel,she's just awesome, so if you go downtown weirton wva.stop in and grab a bite,you will leave with a smile.

I was pleasantly greeted by Aaliyah with a smile as she offered to take my order today. She was very courteous and made me feel welcome. Aaliyah efficiently took my order, totaled it, received payment, and gave me the receipt. I was delighted that she included a senior discount to my order. She was so conscientious. The fish and coleslaw was absolutely delightful. I do not have the pleasure of dining at Long John Silvers at home in Myrtle Beach and Captain D's just isn't as good, service-wise or food-wise. I love Long John Silver's. Thank you for having such delightful people like Aaliyah in your employ. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. :)

These poor workers were working in a kitchen on a 90° day with no air-conditioning. Unsafe conditions at best. However, the drive thru staff was pleasant and the food was good!
