They build good mobile homes. They have a lot of options as far as how you want it built and the accessories to go along with it. They offer different style countertops, formica, granite, marble, quartz and many others.

We visited the factory in Alabama and received a plant tour where each step of the build was available for us to observe. I have a hard time trusting people to do their job right and not cut corners. There were homes in all stages of construction so it was great to see the process. There are a couple model homes to tour and a design studio where you can go and actually feel textures and see things in person to compare colors and patterns. This is very helpful for someone like me who needs to feel and see a space. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. After much prayer and research we ultimately chose Franklin Homes to build our home and hopefully in the next few months we will be moving in to it!

Well, I didn't visit Franklin Structures. I visited one of their dealers, Star Manufactured Homes. They were great and had several homes we liked. One was a beautiful Franklin manufacturerd home. The sales personnel at Star were very professional and answered our questions.

So far they have been very helpful. Haven't been there yet, but have had several conversations with Tyler. The quality of the build, I think, seems to be far and above everything else. Hopefully, we'll be able to get ours configured and ordered soon.

Quality construction, fantastic floor plans!

We met with a representative of Franklin's. He was very polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable of their product. He seemed to understand our our needs and wants.

Wow. The quality of their homes is incredible. I’m familiar with all of the manufactures and Franklin seriously pays attention to detail and thinks things thru as far as what the customer it family would need.
