Waffle House

I love the Russelville waffle house. It's the best . And Peter literally and Rachel pearl are awesome inside and out . I'm about to be a 3rd shift server there hope to see y'all.

We had just received our food and was about to eat, when my son's dad started shaking. It caught the attention of the workers, who immediately came to check on him, an called an ambulance. While waiting for the ambulance Rachel and Xavier took turns helping me keep him in the booth until the ambulance arrived, the waitress Casie "KC" and Mrs Rachel took turns helping keep my 4 year old litttle girl as calm as possible. Once the ambulance got their all the crew and several customers pitched in to help get the stretcher as close to my son's dad as possible. Im eternally thankful and grateful for the hospitality from the waffle house crew

We had breakfast at 10:30 on a Saturday. Our food was cooked perfect, quickly, accurately, and served by a great waitress!

We got right in on a Friday morning, were served quickly and our server was awesome!

Allison was wonderful and provided us amazing service. The food was delicious!

I absolutely love the 3rd shift waitresses they are very friendly and so much fun to talk to. These ladies and the cooks deserve recognition for thier hard work and dedication to thier job. We visited April 19th and 20th 2024.

This establishment has been hear for a bit, and I finally made it in. Cleanest place I have ever seen!

My family and I have been to many Waffle House locations across the South and this is THE BEST experience we have ever had all thanks to the manager Paul! He made us feel welcome and was very attentive. This Waffle House location is very lucky to have an asset like Paul on their team!

Not sure why anyone would leave a negative comment about a Waffle House, it’s a very basic place and there will be busy times . Must be a Karen thing . Our waitress was supper attentive. Kept the Coffee full as well as water. Very quick and very pleasant. GiGi great job . Tell your boss we said to make sure they treat you right.

I love the staff at the Muscle Shoals branch. They are the best!!

Both workers were fast and courteous. The food was great! No problem with parking. If you go, don't forget to tip your server and the cook. I always do and I get excellent service every time. Besides, not too many places are open at 4 in the morning!

Has become mine and my wife's breakfast spot on our day off together. Food is good. Service is great. Only problem I have is the prices of everything. Which has been jacked up since COVID. We love dinning there

Food was good and service was excellent. Our 2 yr old lived her first visit to the waffle house.

My daughter and I love going here after work, late at night. Jessica is an AWESOME cook, and pretty good server as well. The staff is usually very friendly. Sometimes it's a bit loud, even in the middle of the night.

I ate here tonight and the food was great, speedy service and a very good waitress named Ashley Chaney! She kept my cup full and overall very nice. Would eat here again!

The food was great and the service was top notch. The cook and waitress only two in the place. They work well together. Waffle House they need a raise.

The cook area was clean and the dining area was very clean! The Bathroom was clean and stocked. Keep up the good work guys!!

The food was perfectly cooked, atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and the wait staff was harmonious with each other and the customers, attentive, friendly, and courteous! Our waitress, Marie, is great at her job!They have an excellent staff in Russellville!
