Dr. Gilman was absolutely awsome . I seen her in the office and she was very thorough and took her time and explained things to me and answered all my questions. They scheduled my surgery, she called me the evening before my surgery and asked if I had any questions or concerns, she also came and seen me before the surgery and after the surgery.
She explained all of my post surgery concerns. She was wonderful through my whole recovery.

Even during this covid19 nightmare, she was awesome! I was referred to her in October and in December she fit me in the tight schedule to have a surgery that I have been fighting to get for a couple of years and have seen numerous doctors over... She actually listens to and cares about her patients.

The doctor was the most laidback doctor I have ever had and I loved it. She didn’t force me to take any test or any screening that I didn’t want to, unlike some doctors do. She is quick and efficient. I have definitely found my new doctor and will be coming back!

Knowledge and friendly. Good bedside manner and listens to the patient. Answers questions appropriately and professionally.

Extremely bad with follow up. It took her weeks to discuss a test result that could be discussed on the spot, It is understandable that the discussion could be delayed if there is an emergency. A 2 to 3 week wait is however unacceptable. It happened to us twice. I am never going back to WMC. Their service was a waste of time and money for me.
