Crow Dental Associates - Drs. Crow, Brooks, Petrides & Petrides

As someone recovering from an extreme dental phobia, Dr. Crow and his entire staff (from the front desk, to hygienists, to the doctors), they are all phenomenal. They are super kind and always provide the best care ever. I would rate them a 50 if possible, but 5 is the highest option. I would 100% encourage you to reach out if you need dental services.

Dr Michael Petrides is a caring dentist. He made sure I wasn’t in too much especially with me requiring more numbing. Very convenient appointment times and clean office. I am glad to get my dental health back on track. Thanks Dr Petrides and all staff at Crowe dental.

I have a huge phobia of the dentist. They are wonderful here for handling that sort of thing. I need to go back for a 2nd filling and i honestly cannot wait to get it done and I have next to no stress about it because they were so good with me. Def recommend!

If you need a dentist and you’re in OH, WV or Washington county, PA you guys need to see Dr. Jeremy and/or his associates. Great office and staff.

I think he needs a new staff at the front desk! Not friendly or very unprofessional! I just had lung cancer first thing I did was schedule but dent apt the are breaking and cracking called to make apt they don't even have me down fir an apt at all! Not the first time either!

I had a very bad experience with this practice. From the first time I went there the staff at the front desk were very unfriendly, and snobby. They were not friendly and didn't even say "hi". It's a cold place and the vibe very snobby. Today I was talking to the office manager Danielle. I have to get an implant and crown. I asked her how much it would cost and what my insurance will pay. She kept cutting me off and interrupting me. So I continued to ask the questions. She was impatient, unkind and upset with me for my questions. I told her, this is my tooth, my money and my insurance and I have a right to know. She then said that I asked the same question. I replied, that's because you never answered it. I asked to speak to Dr. Crow the owner. She said he doesn't talk about the money. I said I want to talk to him about how you are treating me. She replied, "He is sitting right here ". I said I want to speak to him , and she said he won't talk to you. Very unprofessional and I will not give them a penny. Dr. Crow is also all about the money. He is very cold and when I talked to him about my implant he told me he can do it in one day. But with my history that's not how it should be done. I need to wait for the bone to heal first. My 6th sense told me he was not sincere but about the money and today proved my instincts to be correct once again. Please find a better dentist office and save yourself grief, stress, money and you will have a better experience elsewhere.

Calles to get in do to a tooth that broke and one that is loose to have them pulled because they are causing an infection in my jaw and the female receptionist told me there not taking new patience right now. But not go here because if you need actual help they will tell you that they are not taking new patients I would recommend Aspen Dental in Steubenville

It's funny. The review I previously posted where the owner/dentist did not have authorization to display my personal health information is gone. Perhaps it was realized it was a HIPAA violation?? Anyway, save yourself the hassle. I also have proof and screen shots of his rant.
