This park has come a long way since a year or so ago. The property manager is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. She takes the safety of the tenants in the park very seriously. She gets the bad and concerning out. She tries her very best to keep the park as clean and as in order as she can.
Maintenance is really good too and listens to concerns.
Tough job, I wouldn’t want either one, but they are really doing a good job!

I bought a mobile home out here and I love it , it's quiet and people keep to themselves, also they put a playground in the back for the kids around here , and they will actually fix stuff. I had some concerns moving here, but I absolutely love it around here.

I absolutely LOVE Payne Creek... we haven't even moved in yet, but it's unlike ANY "mobile home park" that I've ever seen. It's so nice and well kept. The manager is SO sweet and she does everything she can to help you. I think it will be a wonderful place for us to raise our new daughter!

Payne Creek is amazing a little high price but we'll worth it you can't find a better quite and safer neighborhood in Russellville Jennifer from the office is amazing she is very nice and down to earth they are good to us been living here since February 2020 and couldn't ask for a better place to raise my kids

I have friends I visit there and they say it's a really nice place to live and they say their neighbors are friendly

Just recently purchased a home in the park. The neighborhood is quiet. Coming from a busy city, it's nice to have the quiet. Walmart is close, lots of fast food to pick from, some sit-down places to eat, shopping, and everything else you need is close. Will be checking out the historic district soon
