Creekside Estates

Creekside estates has been a very nice experience for me , being first time 5th wheel owner manager Bob Champ was helpful and very pleasant to deal with . Thanks Bob and the Creekside crew for the help and knowledge.

I have been @ Creekside since August. The park is very clean, the neighbors are nice, and the management is absolutely angelic. If I need anything the park manager goes above and beyond to help. Great place to utilize or live at. There's a lot of areas to fish, tons of deer and wildlife, and enough space for parking. Garbage is always bring emptied. I have clients that wanna be my neighbors!

My family of four stayed here in the RV park with our small dog. Our experience was a positive one. The caretakers are very nice and helpful, the area is quiet and clean, very good rates. The creek is peaceful and there are a few spots to sit and watch the water, weather permitting. If we're in the area again we will certainly stop back by.

I’ve lived here for over 6 years and over the years, I have seen many new residents come and go. Of all the residents I have seen come and go, everyone has always kept to themselves and never bothered us. When we have interacted with neighbors, they have always been the nicest people. I frequently tell my family and friends about this trailer park when they are looking for a place to move to because I feel like this park is a nice environment for families, especially those with little kids. Over all, this trailer park is a quiet and safe place for families to live.

I absolutely love Creekside Estates. It is a very quite country like setting kids friendly. The landlord is a great gentleman always willing to give a helping hand, also fixes or takes care of any malfunctions or problems you may have. I highly recommend living in Creekside Estates!!!!

Beautiful quiet country setting♡ Kings Creek is a few yards away for fishing. Manager Bob always helpful & available when needed. Friendly neighbors & safe area.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now. Friendly neighbors. Attentive and friendly management. Pets are allowed and the property is very quiet and well kept.

Nice quiet campground. With a nice river on the edge of property to look at and very nice people In the park. I travel a lot with my camper for work and would highly recommend staying here.

Good place to call home. Within 10 minutes to both Colliers, three springs, and downtown Weirton. If you have any problems and call the park manager bob he does his best to fix the problem promptly!

Nice quiet place with very nice people. The owners are awesome, they’ve done several renovations and stay focused on keeping the park clean. Close to Pittsburgh, Wheeling, Washington, Stuebenville!

Been here over a year and never had any problems. Manager Bob has been great. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Been here since 2011. New owner installed new water lines and sewage. So happy this was done. Showers no longer a problem. Thank you.

Nice place to rise a family. Nice size lots for RV or mobile homes. Great place for kids to play or ride bikes. Close to Pittsburg for shopping and restaurants.

Nice RV/Mobile home park. Peaceful and quiet. Reasonably priced and convenient to town.
