They went out of their way to help me and my item was delivered within 20 minutes of me leaving the store. They are very friendly and have a great selection of furniture.

I don't mind doing business here but they have one lady in particular who's pretty rude. It would not hurt for them to train their employees with good customer service skills and a friendly attitude

I would've given 5 stars but the woman at the counter is something else. Every time I talked to her when it came to paying, the price went up like 3 different times. She claimed that she forgot to add an item or taxes to the actual price for the reason why the prices kept jumping up. Straight BS! Delivery guys were great though. I hate calling the store due to the fact you have to deal with the unprofessional lady. I would suggest if you don't want to be frustrated go elsewhere to purchase furniture or record any conversation you have with the woman. Trust, you'll need to reference back to the recorded conversation because she's tricky and will lie! KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!!! I hope she sees my post TODAY!!!!!
