McDonald's

We travel a lot, and have been to dozens if not more McDonald’s over the years. This is by far the BEST one. Friendly staff, food is always fresh and on point. They’ve never missed or messed up a single thing even when we customize items. We will be permanently moving away from this area soon and I will definitely miss the consistency I’ve experienced here. Keep it up!

It's not on the menu, but they made me a bacon biscuit!
My order was correct, hot, fresh, and ready to go before I had a chance to even get my drink.

Shift Manager Mrs. Bogus made a great impression while I was ordering food. She went beyond Customer Service by establishing eye contact, make some regular conversation, thank me for stopping by. Customer service like this , rarely seen in McD’s all over country. My props for Mrs. Bogus for her excellent Customer Service.

The absolute best food, customer service, and service speed out of any McDonald's anywhere around here. It's my favorite Mcdonald's to visit just because it's always consistently great. The location is excellent as well which I use as an excuse for my husband to stop there often to get me a frappe or a smoothie because we also need to get gas.

Typical McDonald's. Food was typical McDonald's food, nothing special. Decor was typical McDonald's decor. Service was a little slow.

The only sad encounter was the big young girl at sweet tea ( no customer courtesy & one young girl from the gift shop, as well )

JACKSON HIGHWAY location has:
Good food...and they will honor special requests like: "made to order" fries, special sauce on sandwiches i.e Big Mac sauce on crispy chicken sandwich😋
Because they are accommodating, service is a little slower but worth the wait👍🏼

The young ladies there were very courteous. I try not to eat fast food much anymore but when I do, I get sick of rude people.

It was a fast experience, nice staff and clean lobby. Kind of annoying to have to ask for condiments, but I get it. Things are different due to Covid. Gas station is also clean.

Food was Great, fried was hot and the sandwich was good too. The sweet tea was fresh and the best at any McDonald's. If your near here stop in it's worth while.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They put the wrong size fry in my sons mighty kid meal, replaced it with the larger sized one and threw in another toy for my trouble of having to come back inside. I will be back to this location for sure!!

Went in on a Friday evening. The line inside for orders went qick and they gave my fish sandwich to a drive through order and offered me an apple pie for my wait. The workers were really nice and attentive.

Everyone was nice and polite and I got my food on time didn't really have to wait at all. Store was clean and organized, not bad.

Awesome. We ate inside and eventually sat outdoors as well

Good food and a pretty good group of staff that is more like friends than someone you met in a fast food restaurant

It was very good a definite Improvement above the last time the ladies work hard to give you service with a smile and are productive and quick.

Quick service. By the time you drive up to get your food...they are handing it to you.

Honestly I disagree i work there. Yeah it might take us a bit to get your food sometimes but it all depends on how many people we have in.
